Replacing our well pump that was under warranty from the previous owners. We have been in this house just about 2 months. We started to have issues and then we had absolutely no water. We called, and they were out here the next morning. My husband spoke with Travis and told him everything that was going on and he sent Mike the technician out (I do believe that was his name) he quickly came to the conclusion it was our well pump that went bad even though it was only just over 3 years old. Due to them being so busy they weren't able to come same day due to not having a truck but assured my husband that they'd be out bright and early the next day. ABSOUTELY kept their word!! Joey was the well technician who was on site and going to be replacing the pump. Very nice, informative and let us know all of our options going forward. Answered all of our questions. Being new to the area you live and learn who is the quality companies. Travis and Liam came out on Saturday morning to quickly replace our bad pump. The quality of work is top notch and the team was very efficient and organized. They took extra care with avoiding my septic system with their heavy truck. They suggested I replace my wire as well and I agreed. I called these guys in panic after my plumber said it was the well. I'd been without water for over two weeks. They did come out to my place to diagnose with fair rapidity.They replaced my pump the same day. I paid immediately. However there were still issues-unreliable water. So the next day I called repeatedly to try and get them to finish the job. They knew I still needed work done, but didn't seem willing or available due to extensive phone tag. I finally called another company in to finish the work. They stayed to make sure it worked and expressed willingness to followup and work out payments if needed(I paid them in full too). Pros: good initial communication. Quick initial diagnosis. Kept to estimated price. Other than unavoidable tire tracks didn't leave a mess. Parked big truck in a tight place. Workers adapted when faced with challenges (mud, equipment shortage). Cons: Poor followup communication and follow through. Expensive. Not well prepared for conceivable conditions onsite. No options except payment in full. Slow to get setup. Long breaks. Essential equipment not initially onsite. read more
