I did have to call ahead and place my dog food order before pickup. When I got there, 2 women were grooming a doodle. The dog got a bit happy and excited when I walked in. One of the groomers, who I assume was the owner, was visibly annoyed that I was there and started complaining, yelling at the dog!!! Then she threw up her hands and said she could not groom a dog when it's acting like this, etc. etc. The poor dog was just acting like a dog, and her angry behavior was uncalled for! I would not trust her with my animals at all. if she acts like this when there are people in the shop to see and hear her, I fear how she acts when she's there alone with an animal! I will find my pet food elsewhere, because I don't want any poor animal being groomed to get punished because I walked in!!!

My first experience left us very unhappy. Our sweet little fur baby was led into the groom-mobile just before noon and we did not see him until nearly 8 pm that night. He entered the unit as a happy little long-haired fella with a strut to his walk and came back into our home shaved, sad and embarrassed. We were stunned. To say we did not get what we wanted, what we asked for would be an understatement. Even after shaving his hair down to the skin and nicking him in a few places, the groomer made no apology for the change in his cut. However, she did request a higher fee than she had quoted initially. Needless to say, I was horrified and wondered if I would ever find someone I could trust with my sweet boy again. I spent months researching local groomers both in-shop and mobile. I scavenged friends photos of their dogs and begged them to share their groomer's information with me only to find out they did not take new clients or did not service my area. And then... I found Scruffy to Fluffy!! That pretty pink and white truck that was adorned with photos of daintily cut dogs that literally smiled because they looked so well groomed and presented. Happy dogs! So I called and made my first appointment and excitedly waited!! When she arrived, promptly at her appointment time, my Spooky boy was more than happy to greet her and had no hesitation walking right on into her mobile grooming truck. After we discussed (in perfect detail!) what I was looking for and she had my sweet boy safely up on her grooming table I left them to their business. I admit, I was nervous... but I had a good feeling after reading her reviews and having her answer all my "crazy mom" questions prior to our appointment being scheduled so I went on about my daily chores and left them to their session. True to her word at almost exactly one and one half hours to the "T", my Spooky boy came strolling into my home with his nose high in the air. He did a full walk through the house in a complete strut so he could show me and my sons just how good he looked. I seriously wanted to cry I was so very happy!! It was such a relief to see my little buddy proud of his new cut and so happy to come and show it off! Everywhere we go, be it for a walk around the block or for a trip to the pet store... we get lots of compliments on his sweet cut! Sherry is our definite choice for grooming and will always be our first call when we the time comes for a freshen up for our Spooky boy! I brought his vet prescribed shampoo in with me. Supposedly they got it in his eyes and he scratched at this eyes, so this whole incident was my fault and his even thought he was in their care, a supposed professional groomer. The shampoo was expired so they had decided it was tainted, therefore caused the damage to his eyes. I have been trying to get reimbured for the vet visits and the groom, but now they are ghosting me. This incident happed in December 2021. UPDATE !! Just heard from this groomer (some male) who says they are NOT reimbursing me because of my review. Keep in mind this happened December 15th 2021. I think I've been more than patient and I dont believe they ever intended to reimburse me.
