I made a reservation online and received an acknowledgment but I guess that I never received a confirmation. Isn't that strange that it is a two step process? We decided to go to the shop anyway since it says walk ins welcome. We arrived at 9 am which is the stated opening time only to wait until 9:45 for the owners arrival. The shop has a distinct urine smell. The owner did nothing to attempt to accomodate us even though we waited 15 minutes while she talked with a preferred client who she was able to squeeze in on another day. Very frustrating experience.

Todsy was our first appointment and couldn't be happier. had him on the couch talking with Gloria and he sat in her lap which is very unusual.
