In about three minutes, they had the problem diagnosed. The front bottom engine cover had come loose, and was flapping in the wind. They had us back up and on the road in about 15 minutes. They were super nice and helpful, even throwing the tires back on the car they were working on and moving it off the lift, so they could get us fixed. A $20 bill was all they charged. The negatives- they lowballed the offer on trade in and were very rude in negotiation. Further when it was discovered that the pickup's navigation wasn't working they refused to alter the price, or fix it, but rather just clung to 'we didn't say it worked in the listing' (it was a $150 fix, and you show pictures of the navigation/SD slot). Said that service would remove the nail that was discovered in the tire-didn't. No tour of the truck or it's features. All in all I'm happy with the truck, however, the experience and the customer service stood out for being so negative and adversarial. Having bought used cars 4-5 times Over the last decade I can say this was the worst customer service of them all.

During the entire process, not once did I feel pressured to buy right away. He gave us the space to talk and discuss the purchase, and even encouraged us to go home, talk it over, and then when we were ready, to come back in--if we wanted. Once we decided to go with our 2024 Ford F-150, he talked to us about the truck how all the bells and whistles worked. Then when it came time for the unenviable "up sale," he didn't push it. He explained what they were and the benefits of having them added on. He never pushed it and even told us that if we didn't want them, that it would be no problem. Once we did purchase it, Howard explained how everything worked, and then told me that once I get my boat off of the trailer, to bring the trailer back in and he would take some time and help me get all the stickers in the correct place so that I could use the system to help back up trailers! Finally returned a call a week before the wedding in August we're offered 4 hours of trail riding for $325, we were charged for $425 when we arrived but because we were already there and that was what was planned for the day we just went with it. Our time frame was 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at 1:43 p.m. the ATV started to chug and the engine light came on and the temp gauge was well over 200°, so we pulled over shut it down and called Hardcore Performance, Sandy at the desk told us to stay put, we sent her our location they said they knew exactly where we were and they would send somebody to us . And now we're later an employee arrived took it for a test drive notice the engine light on and said that we could either ride back with him in the cab of the truck or to follow him and her sit back to their business we were only 3.5 miles away so we nursed it back halfway there the light went off when we informed him he stated, "Oh, that happens quite a bit". Bobby Jr. had asked us if we had rented for the day and we told him just half the day for 4 hours but if we'd rent it for the full day they were going to give us another ATV to finish our day but offered no compensation for the hour of sitting in the woods waiting for Bobby Jr to reach us. In reality we paid for 4 hrs. of use and got 2hrs and 45mins. We plan to reach out to the owner and see if they are willing to make it right.
