Bought 2 sets of tires a few years ago from Cadillac tire. The deal was they'd store the off season tires and a $60 fee to change them out. Meekoff took over a couple years ago, the price went to $80 and I was good with that. Today 11-24-25 they are now owned by Bauer Built. New fee $150! $30 / tire, $20 Storage fee, $10 Shop supplies. Good people but new owners grossly over priced, Won't go back. read more

The service level is what I have come to expect from Cadillac Tire. I have been a customer for years. This time I showed up without an appointment and they were uber busy. I had a tire losing air and needed that fixed as well as having the tires on that vehicle rotated. I was in and out in less than an hour. Scott, their Service Manager never disappoints! read more

We live in portage, and my daughter had a doctor's appointment in Cadillac. 5 mi out of town the inner fender let go and fell down on one of the front wheels. Someone in town recommended Cadillac tire center. After telling Nick the manager the problem,he got his technician Jim and headed out the front door to get the car. At this point I realized I left my wallet and spare cash on my daughter's dining room table. It made no difference to them and they took the car in and fixed my inner fender knowing full well that they were not going to get paid. I am very grateful to them for coming to my rescue, and it's nice to know that a business like this can still have good core values, and a heart. read more

After returning again and again for over 20 years of tires, alignments and front end work - well, I will do it again when I need to! I have always had great service and quality work if I pulled in with a 3,000 pound boat on a trailer that needed new tires 'without' taking it off the trailer or just all season SUV tires. The trailer was done in the driveway with care and experienced expertise in an hour and half. No appointment. That was 18 years ago and the boat still rides on those tires. I also was told that I had a bad ball joint problem, etc., on my right front. I went to the shop and we tested it together. Obvious problem and serious. I had to wait till parts could be delivered the next day and they did a perfect repair on my 2005 BMW. Other than a bit higher on the parts it was the same cost they give for the same work on a Chevy or Ford. Nothing the big buck BMW dealership could do better. And I guess I bought about a dozen sets of tires for our everyday vehicles. The person who felt they were dealing with "crooks" must have stepped thru a wormhole to another dimension. I appreciate an assessment that tells me I have a 'problem' before the wheels are falling off and when repairs are less expensive and the 'problem' has not yet become 'too' dangerous. One had to replace worn tires as an early warning sign. I want that headsup that tells me when my vehicle is not perfect, and not just when it is about to fall apart. As a frequent long distance traveler I have often found that when needing automotive assistance businesses seem to do a little price gouging. This was not the case at Cadillac Tire. They got me in immediately and were more than fair with the cost of repair. I was pleasantly surprised. read more

Waited 2 1/2 hours to just get a tire already off the truck fixed. Frist come Frist served the guy was telling people what Pissed me off seeing people come in after I,ve been there with there cars being worked on.After waiting two hours asked the guy anybody look at my tire ?oh I,l l get somebody right on it.Could of fixed it at home in 20 min.Plus charged me $10 no receipt so you know that went in his pocket.Cars parked all over and kept telling people about a hour wait may not wanted to turn people away but good way to make sure they won,t be back. read more

Cadillac Tire Center ROCKS!!!! Last week I took my car to Cadillac Automotive to get an oil change. When they do an oil change they do an inspection. They told me that my lower ball joint needed replacing which caused two of my tires to be worn...one so bad that the threads are almost coming thru, plus it needed an alignment. All this would come to $325.00 So I bought the part from O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Cadillac for $23 and had a good friend of ours that is laid off from his job but works on cars on the side and he put the car up on the hoist and could not find a bad ball joint anywhere, that it needed an alignment for sure but none of the tires were bad..a little worn...but did not need to be replaced as of yet. I called Cadillac Tire Center this morning and told I needed an alignment. They took my car back and and low and behold...No lower ball joint issue...and no tire issue! The alignment cost $39.95! You know that I will be going back there!!! read more

id give less than one star if i could . went in for an alignment . i was told i needed ball joints . i bought parts for the job and did it today . ball joints were fine , they wanted $500 to put them in . the factory clips that need to be removed to do an alignment were still on the truck . so these crooks wanted $500 for ball joint i didnt need and charged me $50 for an alignment they never did . dont go to cadillac tire they will rip you off read more
