**Disappointing Experience - Won't Be Returning** I recently visited this car wash and was left feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. Like a most carwashes, there is a menu of confusing packages that aren't consistent between locations. When checking in, I told the attendant I needed the interior done really well and he told me that I should get the "gold" package for $30 because they would vacuum and clean the interior, do windows and exterior. You can wait inside and through the windows, watch your vehicle progress down the conveyer belt. Exterior is just washed by their machines and there's a guy at the exit who wipes down what didn't dry with the blowers. When I went to get my car, it was obvious they didn't do the interior at all. The attendant said that he doesn't know why it wasn't done and would have the staff take care of it. A couple minutes later, my car was parked outside and superficially cleaned. While they did vacuum and smudged the windshield, they didn't vacuum the storage area, there was still dirt on the floor mats and the wheels werent cleaned! For $30, I expected a more thorough and professional cleaning. Unfortunately, this car wash failed to deliver. I ended up having to rewash the windows and vacuum the interior myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash in the first place. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

I pulled into this car wash needing an exterior wash. There was a man at the little booth yelling at someone on the phone. He barely acknowledged me. When he did walk over to my car he was still on the phone and asked me what I needed. He never said hello, never looked at me - just told me to pay inside and went back to his loud phone conversation. While my car was being washed I used the woman's restroom. The seat was up and the toilet was covered in dried urine stains. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned recently and was gross. Once my car was toweled off, a man drove it forward and jumped out of the driver seat. The hazard lights were on and I thought I noticed the reverse lights on but thought perhaps the headlights got turned on. I got into my car and realized it had been left in reverse with the parking brake on!! These guys are rude and careless. came here couple weeks ago on a sunday little before 8am after waiting for about 10min a gentleman came up to me he was on the phone very rudely he asked me what do you want? i order full service he tell me pay inside and went back to his phone conversation. while walking to the front desk i saw another man sleeping in a chair after waiting for another 5min the same guy that handed me the ticket came and charge me, he still screaming on the phone the other men still sleeping, thank goodness the rest of the team walked in and finish my car. we have been regular customers but last couple months customers service sucks always on the phone.... never coming back ... by the way they did an amazing job cleaning my car. the next day i called talk to the manager he was very nice he apologized and said he would pay more attention. but for now you guys lost another customer... read more

I went on a Saturday morning, it was busy but not terrible. I purchased the gold package so I'd have a solid dash cleaning, vacuum etc. Upon completion I had to ask someone to wipe my back hatch that had a dried white soap mess. (My car is blue) inside it was barely vacuumed & the cup holders /console area still had the same debris & not cleaned. I was in a hurry or I would've asked for a re clean. This car wash banged my car and caused deep scratches to the driver's door. They do not tell you this is why they want to drive the car through. The guys work really hard but unfortunately miss details. Roll the windows down and wipe the tops. I think they're understaffed because it takes WAY longer than it used to. I came in for a simple wash that should take less than five minutes at any other place and I waited for over 35 minutes even though they were not busy at all. used to be good but now the worst car wash in town. I paid over $27 for an interior and exterior wash. Interior was filthy with most surfaces not even touched. Back window filthy. Back bumper not touched. Leaves still stuck in the crevices. And to think I actually put money in the tip jar! The lesson is to pay close attention before you get in and leave. Asked for car detailing. Checked receipt and it was for interior vacuum and car wash. Told them we needed detailing not car wash and they said that it was too late in the day to detail (two hours to closing). They washed the car before we could get a refund so were only given a voucher for the vacuum. Could not be more annoyed to have to pay for a service we didn't ask for. read more

Unfortunately this business sucks at what they do. They wave the mop over your wheels - wipe your windows, metal, and dash with the same dirty towels and charge too much for it. Very poor effort made by staff - very poor results each time. read more

Terrible Never a clean car. The owner is rude. He refuses refunds or any resolutions to problems. Four different visits here led to a problem each time. The car comes out not very clean each time. I paid for a Silver wash and got an exterior wash only. When home, I needed to clean the dash and windows myself. I realized that vacuuming was not included. The wheels were not super clean. For $23.00 they could have done much better. I would not recommend. I'll do it myself next time. read more

This used to be the best car wash when it was Dino's - now it is expensive. The staff used to be friendly but now they hardly speak or offer customer service. Nearly 30 bucks for a wash and they don't even wipe down the inside at all. They barely vacuum under the mats or between the seats. 45 bucks for an express interior clean yet each time I go they say the guy is always busy. What exactly am I paying $30 for? Rude staff, water, window wipes, a $2.00 vacuum, and tire shine? Not going back. I can do a better job myself for $10. read more

i got the $29 lube 2 months ago. Great deal! my car takes close to 7 quarts of oil and I get a car wash! Yesterday i decided since it was unseasonably nice out I would do an oil change in my driveway and get a jump on winter. FIRST thing is I put a ratchet on the drain plug and it seemed like it was taking a long ass time to come off. turns out it was just turning in place because the threads were stripped! UH OH!!! When I finally got the plug out half the threads were gone! Fuckin shiney and smooth on this 13 year old drain plug!!! They must have used a very powerful torque wrench on this thing! You are definitely NEVER suppose to use an air wrench on a drain plug, but I guaren-fuckin-tee they did!! Sure enough, the threads in the oil pan were trashed as well. I worked in an oversized plug but its only a temporary fix as it does not feel right. Like everuthing else on this car, changing the oil pan is a MAJOR job... everything is in the way and calling around the best price I could get was almost $700 to do it! SECOND thing I found was the oil filter I bought was TWICE the size of the one they put on! I even went back to the parts store and double checked the catalog and looked at EVERY brand and they were all identical in volume and double the size used on my car. when i went back with my ripped up plug and their used tiny oil filter to inquire how the intended to handle this, I got some garbled response like, "We aren't responsible after it leaves" and, "The oil filter is the right one, just a different brand" ....please... da fuck. Heres the kicker that should have elerted me from the start: when the little dumb ass who works the car wash portion of the great fuckin deal went to move my car off the end of the car wash, he turned the ignition while my car was already running making a nice grinding of my starter... i should have checked those idiots work right then... my next move is small claims i guess.... Awful!!! I pulled in and was about to purchase their $19 best wash. I asked the attendant to please be sure to vacuum the rear carpet and he informed me that I'd have to pay $6 more for the interior.....in other words, their best wash did NOT include the interior! Surprised but then agreeing to this, I then asked him to please be sure to wash/spray the front rubber floor mats....to which he responded that washing off the rubber mats would cost an additional $2 each!! I selected the ultra spa wash with express interior. The rear of my car was still very soapy after the wash and hand dry. My side mirrors were dirty and soapy. My interior windows were not cleaned. The floor mats look like they were shaken off, but never touched with a vacuum. The dash and console were not wiped off. They get one star because they applied the tire shine. Such a waste of $26.00. I will not be back and cannot recommend this business. read more

Horrified! I typically wash my car by hand. Due to the heavy salt on the road I decided to try classic car wash. You could imagine the disappointment I had when they were washing my car with a brush from a bucket (like the one you see in the self-serve car wash ). Washing my car with other people's dirty soapy water. Needless to say there are surface scratches in the clearcoat. Then, they proceed to dry the car by hand. My windows were at least is dirty as before the wash. The gentleman proceeded to wipe my leather dashboard with the same class he use on the windows. I had my first detail of my mini cooper about a year ago at this place. DIdn't know what to expect,but a friend told me to try it. I thought it was expensive, BUT the car came out like new. Couldn't believe how good it looked inside and out. Decided to go back again and I read the reviews and was wondering if something happened, or they had a turnover of help, but I decided to go ahead and I just picked up my car and again, it looks like I drove it off the dealer's lot. Maybe I was lucky, or because the mini is so small, they took more time, but everyone was nice and courteous and I'll be back again. read more

I brought my car here to get an oil change before driving to an out of town wedding. A day later driving home I noticed a strong oil odor when I turned on the heat and saw a massive oil stain on my driveway the following morning. I took my "Leased" Ford Escort to Hammonasset Ford to get checked out and they discovered that those idiots had left the oil cap off!! Suffice it to say they had to steam clean the engine twice plus over $700.00 of various repairs and replacements of linings gaskets etc... When my husband and I spoke to Raj the very rude manager he played dumb and said they had no record of my car even being there even though the guy who worked on my car apologized to us right then and there. When we asked to speak to the owner Raj refused to give us any contact information. Raj said that Mark the owner would call us and after many visits asking why he didn't we just gave up. So incredibly unprofessional that they didn't even call us back to discuss the situation! Basically a bunch of crooks- don't even want to give them one star but Yelp doesn't give you that option. Have to now repave driveway as well as eat the cost of their mistake. read more

I would give them zero stars if that was possible. Went for an oil change and first thing I hear is a car wash customer complaining about them locking their keys in the car. I thought that was odd, but moments later I saw them trying to jimmy my door open. They had locked the keys inside my car! I told them to stop trying to open the door. My husband would bring the extra key over since they were going at it with this huge wire. Instead of stopping working on my car they then jimmyed open the hood of my car. I complained, but to no avail. The manager said it was fine. "No damage." When I finally got my car back they had broken a piece on the door and bent up the trim around the door. With no apology they sent me down the road to the body shop where they at least fixed the broken piece, but I still have dents in the door trim. No apology. No discount for the damage they caused. I recently got both of our cars detailed here. The first was a Subaru legacy and then a Subaru Outback which was a little bit more expensive since it was treated like an SUV. I read the reviews of the prior establishment (Dino's) last year and avoided this shop but since it looks like it is under new ownership and has a new name I decided to give it a shot with one car. Well it came out perfect and I feel they did a really deep clean. So I brought our other car in and it came out great again. It was a little slippery in the inside from the cleaning products but that is probably normal. One thing I would remind anyone bringing in their car, if you have any aftermarket items or hood protectors on your car, I would ask them to hand wash your car because sometime those things don't play nice with the drive through car wash. But bottom line is, this place is definitely worth trying out. Please post your reviews after because I would like to hear about your experience.
