This is my first time putting comforters in the dry cleaners with apparently the washer that I have is not able to accommodate. So it was recommended by the washer technician that I take them to the dry cleaners luckily the middle dry cleaners is in my area and I was able to stop by and drop them off. The price is a little high for me they cost $63 for both together isn't too bad. Definitely check them out for the big products that you have that may not be able to fit in your regular size washer and dryer. I did like the touch that they came in their own plastic bag disposable clear bag. We will be returning in the near future. Thank you Mary and the staff for providing outstanding customer service.

I called and the empliyye i sone to regarding meds up told me to return the comforter , which I did. The employee asked me to return when the owner was in. I left with without refund and they are stilling I'm procession of my comforter. Special note...the comforter they did give me back by error had not even been cleaned it had food particles within the folds when I took out if the bag. . Clearly the item had not been cleaned yet was packaged as if it had bee. Cleaved, I returned the following day to speak to the owner and he agreed the comforter was not mine after looking at my photo and seeing the comforter he had given me at pick up was still dirty. I had a photo of my comforter with me of which I did show him. After looking thru the items in his cleaners pick up area, he asked if he could sell me Back because He needed to speak to his wife. The Owner had never called me bago. I have called the dry cleaners eight more times and also text message an employee who is well aware of te issue I am having getting my comforter back. This employee did ask me at some point to send her a copy of the photo (of my comforter) which I'd shown to her during one of my visits yet I still have not been contacted back from dry cleaners despite all my efforts to resolve this matter.. I don't know what else i can do. They ignore my calls, kept my money ,and still have in their profession my comforter. I'm sending a certified letter regarding all my communication efforts today, After that , I'm clueless-what to do. My advice.., Do not use Chatuae cleaners on north cedar . They are not an honest business.

That was 7+ years ago. I don't know how people afford what I can only imagine are prices for clothes now. Okay, so I had 10 round white tablecloths that were laundered and all I needed was to have them pressed. I called to ask the price and how long it would take. The response: "$26 and one week for one, for 10 you're looking at close to 2 weeks." Seriously?! Wow. I didn't call around to see if that is the going rate. I just decided to iron them myself.

The lady has the worst attitude. If you have a problem with a machine , she acts like you're stupid…read moreand interrupting her because she's always on the phone. She told one guy if he doesn't like the card machine being broken, go somewhere else because the owner won't fix anything. She blames the owner for not fixing anything. She should work somewhere else because she is obviously miserable and full of venom that she distributes to the customers. I won't be back and I hope they go out of business so somebody will take over that is a kind person.

The pricing is beyond reasonable, they're clean fast and efficient. They have several workers on the floor getting things done.
