The lady has the worst attitude. If you have a problem with a machine , she acts like you're stupid and interrupting her because she's always on the phone. She told one guy if he doesn't like the card machine being broken, go somewhere else because the owner won't fix anything. She blames the owner for not fixing anything. She should work somewhere else because she is obviously miserable and full of venom that she distributes to the customers. I won't be back and I hope they go out of business so somebody will take over that is a kind person. read more

If I could I wouldn't even give it a one star rating. The lady working on Monday 5-13-24 is beyond being on one!! She literally met me at the curb and denied me service. She literally walked out and saw that I had 2 bath mats and a throw shower rug and she said nope!! Turned around and walked back inside. I proceeded to follow her in to get a better understanding of what had just transpired and already she was on the phone with Matt (owner) telling him how my rug was brittle to the touch. Already laying out her justification for her actions. Mind you she never inspected my rug or anything. Her mind was made up before she even made contact with me. There was no one in the laundry facility at that time and I'm sure that was the intention. If I watched stories all day I wouldn't want to be interrupted either. Bad service all the way around. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on!! What sucks is the fact that I try to spend my money in my neighborhood. I do what little laundry I need to do outside of my home at my neighborhood laundry facility!! Now I'll be doing so outside of my neighborhood!! Hope this works for you D's!! Nice new machines. This is not like the laundry experience I remember from College. It is so much more expensive than I remember. But the machines were new and efficient. There was some sort of drain issue so the center bank of washers was not working. There were plenty left to use. They are all timed at 23 minute wash cycles so it was easy to keep on task. The Dryers were all working and did a nice job. You don't need change. You load a card with bills. The card is 50 cents. Then you reload the same card. The attendant was super helpful and helped us choose the washer appropriate for the load size. She was busy keeping the place clean but stopped if she sensed confusion. read more

Angel is very helpful. She's here Monday - Friday I believe. The person on weekends helped me once too. Sometimes you need to know the secret move that makes the card work on the card reader on that machine. You get a card to load with cash for wash and dry. I had accumulated $8 in bonus on my card before I learned you can use the points on the giant dryers. Great news! My only gripes are 1) you always end up with some small amount of value on the card that you can't use so you lose that when the card gets old or you lose it 2) one time we washed our king sized white bed sheets and they came out with blue stains all over them. read more

We are from out of state and needed to do laundry. We came in in the evening. I stood and separated the clothes at the table and the attendant walked by me 3 times. My husband loaded the money "card" you have to use in there. Just as I started to put my clothes in one washer she yelled that they were now closed and all machines would be shut off. I wasn't happy but removed the clothes from the washer, packed 'em back up and asked for our $5.00 back...nope...she refused to refund any money. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was beyond horrible. I paid $80 for drop off service. I needed 4 loads kept separate. I paid extra in order to keep them 4 separate loads. I returned and EVERYTHING was completely mixed together in one bag! I could have saved myself the money and put them all in their largest machine if that was the case!!! This place is nice. A clean environment, friendly staff. Good working equipment. Security cameras everywhere. What more could you ask for. I'm always wary of laundromats but this place was a pleasant surprise. This is the farthest north laundromat I could find. Leave the quarters home. They have a reusable card systems that accepts 1's, 5's, 10's, and 20's. They have a change machine that dispenses 5 dollar bills. I recommend this place! P.s. Sorry about the guys pic. My brand new Whirlpool washer has been broken down for more than 10 days again. The laundry was piling up and though I had little hope I could get it done on a Saturday morning, I was pleasantly surprised. I looked on line and saw reviews, all fairly good for D's. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Corinna. This lovely gal said "can I do it for you?, music to my ears! I had a brunch to go to. When I was done and back, the laundry was washed, dried and expertly folded. I want to give Corinna kudos for a great job and for being so cheerful. She made my Mother's Day weekend! It's been a long time since I had to use a Laundromat facility. However, our washer has extended its usefulness and needs to be put out to pasture. I read some reviews here on good ol yelp and decided to go to this one since its reviews were good. I really like this place and the person on site keeps the place really clean. They have nice stainless steel tables to which you can fold your dried laundry. What I didn't appreciate is the bum I witnessed coming in to use the bathroom! Even though I personally would never use the bathrooms at these places to begin with. I still found it disconcerting that this person was permitted to use the facilities which should be for customers only. They clean out the washing machines by putting them through a clean cycle when they detect any questionable laundry put in by others. Their machines did appear to be kept up by being visually pleasing to the eye.. I wasn't left feeling nervous when washing our clothes. read more

This is the cleanest laundry mat I have ever seen (And I have been in several).The card thing was new to me, however the attendant (Karina)was helpful and when she wasn't helping me, she was cleaning the washers, which looked brand new! A little more expensive than what I am use too, but u get what u pay for. It's obvious this place is welltaken care of. Some laundry mats I have used, half the machines are out of order.....not here. A+ in my book and I am glad I don't have to do the quarter thing. Update: 6/19 Nearly a year later, I am not sure what happened? But now several machines are out of service. The card reader on several dryers doesn't work (strip is worn out). If Rosie is working, she can usually get the dryers started. Rosie knows most of the customers and provides excellent customer service (unfortunately can't say that about all attendants that work here). Still pretty clean. read more

I really enjoy coming to this place to wash my big blankets! You need to have a card that you can put some money on & the attended will help you with that. The place is alway cleaned & the attends are nice. They have soap to purchase if you forget yours. Some of the dryers and washers are out, but they have enough. Usually go here regularly after washer commited suicide, however I was not happy with most recent experience this week. 1) On going problem washer does not fill with an adequate amount of water using hot cycle ( which isn't really hot) you can see dry spots on clothed, therefore if I'm using hot I wash half a load. Spending twice the money. 2) Nearly half the machines were out of order. Washers and dryers ( in last week) 3) In washing my clothes and bedding this week, I got home only to discover the CLOTHES WEREN'T EVEN CLEAN!!!!!! This really upset me. Now I have to go back a second time to wash several loads, (The washer was not overfilled, see comment on hot water I put plenty of soap.) Beware! I liked this place for quite awhile, it's clean, has an attendant on site, the machines do a decent job. The problem is the machines don't take coins, you purchase a swipe card and it is very difficult to use. Last time I was there the machine would not accept the card and the attendant didn't have any luck either. She took my information and said the manager would contact me regarding a refund of the money the machine extracted from my card. It has been several weeks and no contact has been made. I won't be back and I will warn my friends and acquaintances about the lack of integrity of the management. read more

Always have had a great experience here. Despite reading previous comments about the machines being inoperable, I came to find probably about 90-95% of the machines working. I've come here a number of times and have had a great experience with the staff-they are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. There are several security cameras and the staff makes sure to keep things cleanly all around. Quarters aren't required; the way you pay is with a loadable card you're able to purchase from a machine inside, so bring those dollar bills! (if you forget, the staff has change as well as a bill-to-bill exchanger) Prices aren't bad too ;) Highly recommend this spot, plus there's a cute little donut shop next door :D read more

This place sucks !!! More than half of the Dryers don't work , and when the attendant see that you are having issues with a dryer she's not helpful at all . She just walked pass like see didn't see me struggling with getting it to work . Don't waste your time or money with this place . I have spent many hours in dirty, dingy, poorly lit and stinky laundromats. I am sure I am not the only one. This place is like a breath of fresh air. Clean, well lit, attendant on duty, colorful paint, stainless steel front loader machines and dryers that actually dry! This is an interesting place because you don't need quarters to run the machines. There is a machine that you put money in and it gives you a card that works the machines....very cool technology! If you need your laundry done, this is the place. They have several different sized machines all the way up to 80 lbs for the big stuff. Lady working there was nice. Came here due to the 4 stars but one of our machines wouldn't spin leaving our sheets and towels drenched. The lady working there offered to give us free dry time and gave us 2 dryers. Then the dryer with the most free time wasn't even hot!!! After all the free time our towels still aren't dry!!! You really have to be prepared to spend more time there and choose good machines! Wonderful staff helped me with deciding what machines and how to load the card with $ you use in the machine. Bring cash for loading card, no credit cards. read more

This place is the cleanest, brightest, best laundromat I have ever seen. New stainless steel machines. 5 different sizes from 2 loads to 8 loads! All front loaders. Stainless steel folding tables. They use cards instead of quarters so you don't have to deal with that heavy, dirty money and the hassle of going to the liquor store to try and find the quarters. Go see it! read more

Sadly, today I recieved poor customer service as I was kicked out of this laundromat because apparently, "no one is allowed to wait for their clothes to finish". Ive been coming here for a few months and every tenant has been nice, kind and friendly to me. They've always had excellent customer service, but today, today was a different story. I dont usually come in the evenings and especially on a Monday, but im here. And today's tenant, Anna, told me after I finished loading my clothes into the washers, that she cannot have me waiting for my clothes, even though there was no one inside. I looked at her confused and thought, well, none of the other tenants have ever said anything to me before. But she continued to tell me that I must leave. Before I could even say anything she says, READ THE PAPER ON THE DOOR! I didn't argue, and I didn't say anything, I just left. She then tells me, as I'm leaving, you can wait in your car but you can't wait in here. So now I'm getting kind of mad, because for one, its 108° outside, and secondly, I come here at least once every single week and no other tenant has ever told me that I have to leave and that I cannot wait for my clothes. I understand that were in a pandemic with covid and all. But there was literally NO ONE ELSE INSIDE BUT HER AND ME. And ill say this lastly, I WILL NEVER COME BACK ON MONDAY EVENINGS OR AT ANY TIME(S) IF ANNA IS HERE. Sadly she has caused this bad review. read more
