Hey everyone! I'm going to be completely honest, I don't think this laundromat is worth it…read more *Pricing is at the bottom if that's all you're looking for* I spent two hours here. While my clothes were washing, I walked across the street to grab some boba tea and a sushi bake (bomb btw). I was only gone for about 20 minutes, and when I got back my laundry was already finished, so I'd estimate the wash cycle lasted around 20-25 minutes. For my laundry, I used The 8 load washer for my dark clothes using cold water. I only had about three loads in it because I like to leave extra room so my clothes can be tossed around to be cleaned properly. I also used the 6 load washer for my whites using hot water, with about two loads inside. (They came out super white) But for the biggest issue ... cleanliness! The laundromat was not too busy, the washers I needed to use were unfortunately under a large puddle of dirty water (seen in photo). For a laundromat with such high ratings, I was genuinely surprised by how dirty it was. There was trash scattered across the floor, dirty water tracked throughout the place, and dirty washcloths lying around that I assume were meant for the employees to use while cleaning. The entire time I was there, I never saw a single employee cleaning or maintaining the laundromat. Even after I left for food and came back, the same trash and puddles were still there. For the washers themselves, most of them were very nice and looked to be clean on the inside. There were a few washing machines that had broken/ missing buttons. One washers timer display was completely cracked, and I could see someone easily cutting themselves. I had to shut and reset some of the doors because it wasn't saying they were closed properly, but they were. I had to be a little bit rough with it. As for the cost, I paid about $20 just to wash my clothes and another $4-$5 to dry them. Unfortunately, I ran out of cash before everything was completely dry, so I did take a few damp clothes home. For the prices, I expected a much cleaner establishment, and longer drying times. If you're charging over $10 for the largest washer and the dryers only give you 6 minutes for $0.25, that adds up quickly. Some people can't afford that. I've been to laundromats in much rougher neighborhoods that were significantly cleaner and better maintained. For comparison, my regular laundromat is currently replacing its machines, which is why I tried this one. Normally, I pay around $11.25 to wash everything, with optional add-ons like an extra rinse or wash cycle for just $0.25 each. Drying is completely free, and there's always a friendly employee cleaning up and keeping the place looking nice. The only downside is that it's usually busy. Washer Prices X2 load: $4.25 X3 load: $5.25 X4 load: $6.25 X6 load: $8.50 X8 load: $10.50 Wash cycles appear to last about 20 - 25 minutes. No options for extra rinse, extra wash, or additional spin cycles. Dryer Prices Standard Dryer $0.25 = 6 minutes (any temp) Large Dryer $0.25 = 6 minutes (any temp) Overall, I personally wouldn't come back. Between the prices, lack of cleanliness, and short drying times, I just don't think it's worth the money. I would recommend looking at other places. To respond to the owner who commented back 1. Cleaned several times throughout the day? Interesting, because I was there for about two hours and the same trash was sitting there the entire time, along with the puddle of water. There's no telling how long it had been there before I arrived or how long it stayed afterward. The fact that there wasn't even a wet floor sign nearby is honestly concerning. Someone could have easily slipped, gotten seriously injured, and that would have turned into a much bigger issue. 2. I will agree that the washers themselves were great. I personally prefer having the option of an extra rinse cycle to make sure any excess detergent is completely removed. That's just a preference. 3. My old laundromat is still cheaper overall. Yes, your wash prices are lower, but for only an extra $0.75, I get free drying there. I spent about $5 just drying my clothes at your facility, which is a $4.25 difference. That's basically a gallon of gas for me, so when I actually do the math, my old laundromat ends up being the cheaper option. 4. At the end of the day, I was just giving honest feedback based on my visit. Of course you have every right to respond, but to me it a simple " We will try to do better." would have made me want to go back to give it a second chance. Because your response was clearly not what I experienced.

The Owner had never called me bago. I have called the dry cleaners eight more times and also text message an employee who is well aware of te issue I am having getting my comforter back. This employee did ask me at some point to send her a copy of the photo (of my comforter) which I'd shown to her during one of my visits yet I still have not been contacted back from dry cleaners despite all my efforts to resolve this matter.. I don't know what else i can do. They ignore my calls, kept my money ,and still have in their profession my comforter. I'm sending a certified letter regarding all my communication efforts today, After that , I'm clueless-what to do. My advice.., Do not use Chatuae cleaners on north cedar . They are not an honest business.

I brought in 4 items she gave me a pick up receipt and told me it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I picked up the next morning, today at 8:30am I was greeted by one of the kind workers. I gave her my pick up receipt and payment. She brought out the clothes and placed it nicely hanging behind the drivers seat. The clothes look great and for pricing I have nothing to compare it too but it was affordable. So happy with the quality of their work, quick service and their great customer service. I loved doing business with D's Wash And Dry simply because it was clean, in a convenient shopping location, and because the washer and dryer machines used a card slide activation system over a coin-op system which is better and safer for security reasons. Trust me I worked in the security profession for 9 years and the owner of this laundry mat was a genius for going in this route. Now with that being said the only major problem this laundry mat has is an employee that works there name Juanita! She is a very skinny drunk looking Hispanic woman that appears to be in her early to mid 60's with medium long hair. The woman is a complete fucking bitch and she's totally unprofessional! She's very abrasive, snappy, bring's her attitude with her into her work, she's pushy with the customers, she get's frustrated really easily with the customers that have issues with the money cards that tends to malfunction a whole lot, I've witnessed this woman getting an attitude with the customers children numerous times, and the woman has a hygiene problem with her stinking ass breath! After a 4th incident with this woman's attitude I've thrown in the towel with doing business at D's unless the manager or the owner fires that bitch! She has absolutely no business whatsoever working with the public or anywhere in customer service related fields of work. As God as my witness the woman is a hot mess for real! Alma and Steve the laundry mat general manager were very nice and professional with me as always. I just wish Steve would fire Juanita because I swear to God that bitch is going to drive all of their business away. D's can rock & roll business wise on revenue but as long as Juanita is employed she'll always be their downfall. So to everyone reading this I don't recommend going into the laundry mat when Juanita's working because if you do expect a shitload of crappy customer service coming from her unprofessional pathetic ass! read more

I was in D's Wash & Dry earlier this week and Juanita was there working the shift and ranting and raving about how she ain't getting paid enough money to work there. She was making racial slurs about how her boss saying he was nothing but White trash and how he isn't giving her any hours! Well with that attitude I now see why that is! I'm mixed with White and I am very offended by Juanita's use of racial slurs on the job and this just about does it for me! They won't get my business ever again as long as she's working there. Alma, Blanca, and Steve were awesome employee's with great customer service manner's but Juanita is too much of a bitch towards the customers and everybody and she needs to be terminated from the wash house immediately! She should be on her knees praising and thanking God for even having a job in this failed economy we're in right now today. But all she does is rant, bitch, and complain about not liking her job in front of the customers which she should just quit and a call it a day. For those of you who are reading this I do not recommend you washing at D's Wash & Dry until the manager or owner fires Juanita. She is an extremely rude and completely non-professional employee who works there. She is a super thin skinny built Mexican woman in her mid-60's, has long black, red, and grayish hair, she looks like a prostitute that drinks heavily, smokes crystal methamphetamine's and possibly other types of dope smoking, and she really has some serious hygiene issues with having some bad breath that'll knock you off of your feet. So if you need to wash your clothes please do so at D's at your own accord because if you have to deal with the bitch than expect to deal with her funky having attitude also. Last night on the 4th of June was my last visit doing business with D's Wash & Dry. I had my second and final run in with Juanita's nasty no good attitude. This woman is very hateful, she hates the world, she hates her job, and shit the bitch hates everybody and everything! This woman has no fucking business working with the public because she absolutely sucks at doing so. Why this woman is still employed with this wash house is a mystery beyond me! I don't recommend to any customer's to do business with D's Wash & Dry as long as employee Juanita Loera is still allowed to work there and to treat the customers like shit! But for those of you who will I would consistently report this woman to the wash house owner a man name Matt Hurly if you're having to deal with this woman's unprofessionalism. Juanita Loera is a very skinny Mexican woman that weighs about 100lbs and is about '5 8" in height. The woman has black and shades of gray medium long hair. She appears to be about 60 years old and wears extra thick red lipstick in a fashion that reminds you of a prostitute or something. The woman also appears to be a heavy alcoholic and drug abuser? That's just my opinion because she looks incredibly beat up like if she's been around the block 200 times over. D's is the best. The laundromat is always very clean. There are plenty of machines. I feel very safe when I am at this business. Another plus is the great and helpful attendants at this business. All the attendants, Angel and Corina, to mention a couple of attendees are so helpful and keep this place very clean. I recently met the owners and I now know why this business is efficiently run... it starts with the mindset from the owner to the employees and ending with a great experience for the patrons. Was 10 mins past last wash time (already had clothes in just needed to dry) and when I came in found that the little physco attendant had taken my clothes and then tried to charge me 10 bucks to dry them ! I thought she was joking until she locked me in and refused to return my clothes to me. Had to call the cops , who by the way laughed at her reasons. She was a racist anti white hater. (she is latino). 100% true story . Stay away from this place. read more

Really clean, always an attendant to help. However I had an encounter where the machine took my money and did not load it to my card, I notified the attendant who took my name, email, phone number for the owner to contact to refund me my money. Never heard a thing, be careful when loading funds, to ensure all was loaded accordingly. read more

This does not. Nor does it have an app. This is strictly cash/quarter business so come prepared. There's two other laundromats in the area, but I chose this one based on location. Yah, this place is Hot & busy, but as I'm writing this the two big daddy washers are already done. I was two queen size mattress covers in one & two queen size comforters in one. What's confusing is that there are signs that state use less detergents. Yet, there's one huge sign states use one cup for the large giant ones. So are there three or four different sizes of washer because I did not use a cup for my loads. Read below for washer sizes Now, we are in the drying phase & I have three going at once. Four quarters = 16 minutes. I'm Almost done. Small washers= 2 loads Medium washers = 3 loads Large washers = 4 loads (I used 1 king quilt) Extra Large washers = 6 loads (I used) Giant Washers=8 loads (way in the back) It's hot in here, but people are friendly. There's a bench outside if you want fresh air. They have 3 huge fans, but with the dryers it's a sweatshop in here. There's chairs & countertops to fold your laundry. Every time i leavd my laundry i inform an attendant but not this timeas their was no attendat when I left. When i returned 45 min later 2 min aftet the dryer stopped. The attendand had loaded my laundry into an unknow ladys basket. He said it was hers. Inretrived my laundry asertivly and informed him it was mine. He the loaded the empty basket into her car and she left with no laundy. This was an attempted theft of my laundry. Why i have no idea. I call bullshit on the employee say it was an accedent when what i experienced was absolute diarespect.

Hey everyone! I'm going to be completely honest, I don't think this laundromat is worth it…read more *Pricing is at the bottom if that's all you're looking for* I spent two hours here. While my clothes were washing, I walked across the street to grab some boba tea and a sushi bake (bomb btw). I was only gone for about 20 minutes, and when I got back my laundry was already finished, so I'd estimate the wash cycle lasted around 20-25 minutes. For my laundry, I used The 8 load washer for my dark clothes using cold water. I only had about three loads in it because I like to leave extra room so my clothes can be tossed around to be cleaned properly. I also used the 6 load washer for my whites using hot water, with about two loads inside. (They came out super white) But for the biggest issue ... cleanliness! The laundromat was not too busy, the washers I needed to use were unfortunately under a large puddle of dirty water (seen in photo). For a laundromat with such high ratings, I was genuinely surprised by how dirty it was. There was trash scattered across the floor, dirty water tracked throughout the place, and dirty washcloths lying around that I assume were meant for the employees to use while cleaning. The entire time I was there, I never saw a single employee cleaning or maintaining the laundromat. Even after I left for food and came back, the same trash and puddles were still there. For the washers themselves, most of them were very nice and looked to be clean on the inside. There were a few washing machines that had broken/ missing buttons. One washers timer display was completely cracked, and I could see someone easily cutting themselves. I had to shut and reset some of the doors because it wasn't saying they were closed properly, but they were. I had to be a little bit rough with it. As for the cost, I paid about $20 just to wash my clothes and another $4-$5 to dry them. Unfortunately, I ran out of cash before everything was completely dry, so I did take a few damp clothes home. For the prices, I expected a much cleaner establishment, and longer drying times. If you're charging over $10 for the largest washer and the dryers only give you 6 minutes for $0.25, that adds up quickly. Some people can't afford that. I've been to laundromats in much rougher neighborhoods that were significantly cleaner and better maintained. For comparison, my regular laundromat is currently replacing its machines, which is why I tried this one. Normally, I pay around $11.25 to wash everything, with optional add-ons like an extra rinse or wash cycle for just $0.25 each. Drying is completely free, and there's always a friendly employee cleaning up and keeping the place looking nice. The only downside is that it's usually busy. Washer Prices X2 load: $4.25 X3 load: $5.25 X4 load: $6.25 X6 load: $8.50 X8 load: $10.50 Wash cycles appear to last about 20 - 25 minutes. No options for extra rinse, extra wash, or additional spin cycles. Dryer Prices Standard Dryer $0.25 = 6 minutes (any temp) Large Dryer $0.25 = 6 minutes (any temp) Overall, I personally wouldn't come back. Between the prices, lack of cleanliness, and short drying times, I just don't think it's worth the money. I would recommend looking at other places. To respond to the owner who commented back 1. Cleaned several times throughout the day? Interesting, because I was there for about two hours and the same trash was sitting there the entire time, along with the puddle of water. There's no telling how long it had been there before I arrived or how long it stayed afterward. The fact that there wasn't even a wet floor sign nearby is honestly concerning. Someone could have easily slipped, gotten seriously injured, and that would have turned into a much bigger issue. 2. I will agree that the washers themselves were great. I personally prefer having the option of an extra rinse cycle to make sure any excess detergent is completely removed. That's just a preference. 3. My old laundromat is still cheaper overall. Yes, your wash prices are lower, but for only an extra $0.75, I get free drying there. I spent about $5 just drying my clothes at your facility, which is a $4.25 difference. That's basically a gallon of gas for me, so when I actually do the math, my old laundromat ends up being the cheaper option. 4. At the end of the day, I was just giving honest feedback based on my visit. Of course you have every right to respond, but to me it a simple " We will try to do better." would have made me want to go back to give it a second chance. Because your response was clearly not what I experienced.
