Stay Away! They will promise the moon with communication and quality but this is not the Kendrick's that your parents tell you about. This company has gone down hill. Promised my 3 months turnaround and Seven Months later not the first part was ordered. I have heard every excuse from the body man had surgery to whatever knows else. Communication was mute, I had to call each month after the original time frame, to hear a lame excuse that turned out to be false hope. our car was damaged during hurricane heliene. I called kendricks on Richland ave Aiken sc in early October to schedule repairs. the earliest repair date offered was January 8th. we delivered our car to Kendrick's on January 8th. our insurance estimate was delivered to Kendrick's in October. As of February 17th the car repairs had not been started. We picked up our car on the 17th. No repairs have been done and our rental car coverage was exhausted. So no car repairs and no rental car. On day one Robbie Bidwell emphasized that he would be communicating frequently. He never called or texted. He would not answer phone calls or return calls. I had to drive to the business 5 times to determine status. In summary this is the poorest run business I have ever dealt wit. read more

I went in to Kendrick's for an estimate today. I had to run to leave a review! The service that I received was absolutely outstanding; from the time I walked in the door, until I was completely done. I arrived early. Front desk greeted me right away, she got the estimator who was assigned to me right away. I was offered something to drink. Mr. Robbie, my estimator, was THE friendliest. He explained everything in great detail. In this short interaction, he took the time to connect. GO GAMECOCKS! No shade, but my husband has dealt with other locations and the service was nothing like I received today. Granted, I haven't had the work completed on my car yet, but I am confident that Mr. Robbie will make sure it's done right! My car looks like new. I met the gentleman who worked on my car and he is the best in his field. The work he did was excellent. The service they provided was over the top. They arranged for me to drop off my rental at their shop and have it picked up by Enterprise. All in all it was an easy, experience without any added stress and I would recommend them to anyone. For a paint shop, you would think they would have a little pride in their work. NOT the case for my car. I will not use them ever again. I had deer damage, almost $4,000 worth, to the front end. The work took 5 days to complete and when I called about picking it up, they said they were detailing it. I get there and it was in the fence. After I paid the deductible, they brought it out. There is a huge run on the passage side, in the middle and on the drivers side bumper and fender there is something under the paint making it feel sharp and bumpy. All was very visible, no way for it to be missed. Speak with the guy there and his response was " Is that all you can find, they can block that out in 30 minutes. Bring it back next week and they will fix it". I get in my car to leave and there is sand all over the front and back seats, the dash and there is a pile in my gear shifter. Plus a dirty elbow mark covering the middle console. All that wasn't there when I dropped it off, my car was detailed about 4 days before. They were also supposed to do an alignment on it but the low tire pressure light was on when I picked it up. From my understanding the tires had to be properly inflated for it to accurate. I'm not sure what happened to my tire and if it was low when they did the alignment and they just didn't care, but with the paint job they have done, I am questioning all their work now! read more

After my car was hit in November, Kendrick was recommended by the other persons insurance. I do not usually write reviews; however, Kendrick did a great job fixing the damage. Two months later and everything has held up perfectly. Not only was the work done exceptionally fast they also took the time to clean the inside and outside of my car (which was very dirty at the time). Wonderful customer service! Accidentally hit some road kill that messed up the undercarriage of my car. I took it to Kendrick's and they came outside to have a look and as awful as the car looked they said it was mostly superficial plastic parts that were busted up. Long story short they practically got my car in the same day, fixed it in under 30 minutes; and charged me less than $45. I'm so happy. read more

I brought my car up there about 3 or 4 weeks ago after I hit a deer (about $12,000 worth of damage) and they have been so thorough in the repair process and has always kept me in the loop. EXCELLENT customer service!!!! Lila is the BEST! So grateful to her and how she helped handle the special situation I had with my car. If it was not for her I don't know what I would have done. I went to 3 different places for estimates and they by far had the best price. They were able to get my car in the very next day and it was returned to me the day after. Had minor damage with collision with a small animal. The bumper and other cosmetic work was excellent and had no complaints. However, there was damage to the A/C condenser which required replacement. Nobody checked its function when I picked it up (cold day in winter)...about 1-2 weeks later on a warm day, discovered A/C did not work...blew warm air. Took the car back, they promised to fix it and stated they even put dye in it to locate/verify leak. Today I took it back for the 3rd time, A/C blows hot air. Met with the same guy, "Jim"....total indifferent attitude...just smacks gum. I told him I was tired of these 60 mile round trips while they troubleshot the system. No apology for the inconvenience, Jim just stated, "I'm sorry YOU feel this way." After discussing the problem with my insurance company, they authorized me to get it repaired at a Nissan dealer. In two hours they discovered, 1. No dye was ever placed in they system (so Kendricks lied to me) and 2. The "new" part they installed appears not to be OEM and was bad...the condenser itself was leaking. Whenever you crack open an A/C system you're supposed to "evacuate and vacuum" check the system. Kendrick told me their equipment was broken...which upon reflection makes me wonder how/why they were even trying to service the system and what contaminants might have been introduced into this closed system. I'm just hoping my compressor doesn't become damaged down the road. As I left, I recommended to a lady getting her car looked at to check at another facility, told her this was my 3 time back, problem wasn't fixed and I was looking elsewhere. read more
