I had to be at work. i couldn't just replace the battery or jump start the car because the battery was swollen and looked like it would explode (!). The lady who helped me over the phone when I called Wayne's was great. She told me how much it would be and had someone at my house in an hour and a half. Normally, the price is less than taking it to the dealer. If you wait in the waiting area, they offer you coffee or water. They even like a good joke. We have always received good quality service, and if the cost is above the estimate, the call before performing the work. If you want your car repaired with quality, bring it here. This is our go-to repair shop. I heard they can fix Harleys, too.
