I guess I'm an outlier but I did not have a positive experience with them. First off, the two days they originally quoted me ballooned into nearly a month. I know that they find new damage as they get into the repairs but this is extreme. If that was the main issue I'd probably give three or even four stars since the repairs do look good. But the pickup was a miserable experience. When I come in the usual receptionist isn't there and I'm left dealing with Chip. He lets me cool my heels a good ten minutes while he makes calls before he even deals with me. When he finally comes to deal with me I ask him where the front license plate is since it's not on the car. He never quite says but strongly implies that it didn't have it when I brought it in, which is a. absurd and b. pretty close to calling me a liar. He finally has one of the shop guys "look" for it. This guy is gone maybe a minute tops and comes back and says they don't have it and they never took it off. Of course I know they did, but by this point it's clear that even if they haven't lost it I'm not going to get them to seriously look for it. So I leave resigning myself to the hassle of dealing with the DMV to get a replacement tag. When I get home however I realize that they also failed to put panel that covers the cargo compartment in back back in. Now this is a minimum $200 to replace so I decide that if I need to raise a stink to get them to look for the stuff I will. Long story short after a call back to them that didn't get much action I make a call to insurance and they finally seriously look for the plate and cover. And wouldn't you know it they find it pretty quickly when they actually look for it and don't just pretend to to get rid of me. Anyway, as I said the repair looks pretty good, but I honestly don't have a lot of confidence in it. The sloppiness and laziness I encountered on picking it up makes me very uneasy about what level of attention to detail or care went into the actual repairs. It's like cockroaches. If you see two you don't just assume that that's it and it's a minor problem. No you strongly suspect there are a lot more. I hope there aren't, but I'm not exactly confident about that. Even if there aren't I still ended up wasting an entire day and driving through the tunnel twice because Chip and the other guy who's name I unfortunately didn't get decided to assume that I was lying about the craziest thing ever to lie about rather than taking five minutes of their precious time to do a serious search. I'll add that the usual receptionist was incredibly professional when I did deal with her later and tried to smooth things over-- she very courteously and pretty skillfully got me out of the main office before I could give Chip a piece of my mind-- but that's too little too late. read more

USAA reccomended this for repair on my vehicle. The repair took nearly a month, two weeks longer than predicted. When I received the vehicle back, the windshield leaked, the headliner was damaged (not from the accident but from the work done, and the trunk leaked. Windshield post pillar leather covers separated from the post within a year, the paint and/or clear coat lasted 2 years. My BMW decals fell off on the front and right side (both replaced with cheap aftermarket emblems). I took the vehicle back (allegedly warranted for the life of the vehicle) and the service manager all but called me a liar. Simply put, every place this shop touched on my vehicle lasted under 3 years, was done poorly and needed additional repairs. I would not recommend this business, their work ethic, or their alleged warranty. read more

I recently brought my car here after I was in a wreck and had an amazing experience. I chose this place because a couple months back I went to their Yorktown location hoping I could have a headlight replaced and the mechanic did it for no charge. My vehicle was towed there the afternoon of the wreck and looked at the next day with the estimate. I, along with many friends and coworkers, were very surprised with the quick turnaround. read more
