They stated they could not do a standing spray for the price that was listed on their website, but they could do a flower basket. They claim they do not set the prices on their website. I told them that I should get what I paid for on the website and they said they could not do it for that price. So being that I needed that floral arrangement at the funeral service later that day, I had already paid, I went ahead with the flower basket. This felt like a classic bait and switch and I highly recommend people stay away from this establishment.

I placed my order online for a dozen roses and received a confirmation email. The only snafu was that I got an email the week before my flowers were to be delivered saying they had been delivered! I emailed them and they quickly emailed back to say the email was mistakenly sent. I did not receive a confirm email when they were actually delivered but heard from my family about it. Despite the early-delivery scare, the flowers were gorgeous and I would use them again.
