They delivered a gorgeous birthday bouquet, with interesting flowers. It was delivered that day. The price was a bit higher than we wanted, but the representative warned us that she could get the price down a bit, but we might not like the result, plus there would be an extra delivery charge. Everything was very upfront and handled professionally, we had no surprises. And the recipient loved them and texted us a picture. Gorgeous!

What we got was no better than what could be found for $5 at the nearest gas station. There wasn't a single sunflower, and the flowers that were there were wilting and pititful. To add to it, Ava's flowers did no better; when we called to request a refund we were hung up on twice, they refused to connect us with a manager, and were spoken to rudely by the support staff as if the problem was something that we did. They even had the audacity to make my wife count the individual stems after telling them we didn't receive what we ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.
