After searching online, I found that most salons in my area were fully booked for the weekend. Luckily, Sahaira had an open slot, and booking on Vagaro was quick and easy. I arrived a bit early for my appointment, and Kesha greeted me right away. She let me know her current client would take another 30-45 minutes, which was totally fine. I took that as the perfect opportunity for a quick coffee run. When I returned, Kesha apologized for the wait and made sure I was comfortable by offering snacks and water. She was so thoughtful and asked exactly what I wanted for my hair. I told her I was ready to chop it all off! And that's exactly what she did. Kesha prepped my hair (see pic below), gave me the best shampoo experience ever, snipped it to perfection, and then styled it into the cutest, bouncy cut--just in time for summer! I gave up on this place after this happened twice. I think one time she tried to recommend me to a different nail salon close by. I would never go here. There's only one nail salon in the bay that I like and it's over there by Frugals. They're not the best, but at least they're nice to customers!
