I am in town for an extended period of time and wanted to get my eyebrows threaded. When you need to wear a mask in public, your eyes and eyebrows need to look good. The shop was small and clean and I was able to get my brows done right away as a walk-in customer. The threading was pretty fast, making it less painful, and they look good- I was happy with the outcome. The customer service was lacking and I felt like I was an interruption and not very welcomed at first. I'm also disappointed this shop hasn't found a way to be COVID safe and the threader pulled down her mask to thread my brows and kept it off when I paid. (At my local shop, they've made adjustments so the thread does not need to be in the mouth of the threader.) All in all, it was not expensive (you save a dollar if you pay with cash) and my eyebrows look good. read more

I decided to try eyebrow threading for the second time ever and I was pretty nervous because the only other time I had it done I cried hysterically the entire time. SO GLAD I WENT HERE! The whole process took 5 minutes and really wasn't that painful at all. I walked right in and didn't even need an appointment. My eyebrows look awesome! Definitely going to be coming here from now on. Tip: the minimum for cards is $20, so it's helpful to have cash when you go. read more

This place is a gem for eyebrow threading! Thanks Yelpers for helping me find it. Eyebrow threading seems a lot less popular here than where I'm from in California. This is one of the few places around here that is a solo threading studio. I've only gotten my brows done but it's always been an easy process. No tears is a good job for me! I went for a threading appointment on Tuesday around 3pm for my second time at this location. The threading was painful. I could tell the esthetician was in a bad mood but we all have our days! I tipped her $8 dollars for a $12 dollar service of threading in order to help her day go smoother. My eyebrows continued to burn the remaining of the day and the next day I woke up to multiple abrasions. Make-up couldn't hide the markings for work the following day. Unfortunately, they have scarred. I tried to come in to show them my markings but nobody was at the shop when I arrived. I'm no longer interested in the refund but I did want to share with people my experience. read more

Couple of weeks ago was the first time I visited this salon and I was not pleased with the owner's behavior towards her employee. The employee even made a nice comment about me where the owner didn't even crack a smile or comment. The employee was done with my facial threading and the owner came, interrupted and finished it...again. it seems the owner was rushing her to complete it quickly which took only 15 min. I've done facial threading over the past several years and it takes a minimum of 30 to do it right! It's obvious there is some friction with the owner and her employee and not sure why she felt like showing it in front of a customer. Before leaving I said I would like to return because she's so nice and has done good work. The owner said nothing! Respect is 2 ways dear. I will not be coming back! read more

I forgot to get the young lady's name that did my eyebrows but she did a FANTASTIC job. She was extremely fast & did them exactly how I asked her to. It's like she can thread eyebrows in her sleep! I didn't have to wait & I will definitely be back. Can't be $11 plus a few dollars as a tip. She's so worth it! read more

Came in after work on a Thursday. I had called ahead for an appointment and the lady who answered the phone assured me they take walk ins. I arrived and was taken care of right away. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who did my threading. She did an excellent job. Quick, efficient and the price is on point. She didn't leave my brows too thin and she worked with my natural shape to enhance them without doing a compete overhaul. I hadn't gotten my eyebrows shaped in at least a year and immediately after she was done I could see how perfectly shaped brows make a huge difference on a girl's face. I will definitely be back! Oh, and she gave me a card to bring every time I come in. Come to the salon 9 times for threading, get your 10th threading free! I can walk to this place from my house. You bet I'll be getting my free threading! :) read more

so i came here for eyebrow threading 3 times and not once did they do good. they are so sloppy and always in a rush for some reason. they both did my eyebrows under 1 minute everytime i went and always missed hairs. the most recent time i went she made my eyebrows so uneven and took of half of my eyebrow. lastly their attitude is not it. they don't make any kind of conversation and don't ever smile. they are just very rude and when you try to make conversation they just reply with "mhm". wouldn't recommend unless you want uneven eyebrows. read more

Went to this studio today 5 minutes before it closed as I was at a store next door and was waiting and saw that they do eyebrow threading here and wanted to get prices. She told me how much and it was very reasonable. Told them I am a review reader before I try out new places. All the reviews I read were positive. So Pretti did my eyebrows and she did a great job. Will definitely be a returning customer. Finally somewhere who does a good job.... Very accommodating. read more

Meet the Business Owner: RITIKA P.

I would like to introduce myself as Ritika, "Riti" for short. I'm originally from Rajasthan, India. I moved to Canada for my Masters studies in business and to become an Esthetician. I trained at my family's salon for 5 years, attaining the art of eyebrow and facial threading along with other skills associated with being an Esthetician, such as skin facials, body waxing and facial threading. After becoming very proficient in my skills, I relocated to south Florida, where I worked for a year in a very busy salon mastering and perfecting my skills. I pursued my passion into owning a successful salon where I can perform my mastered talent on a larger scale. Classic Eyebrow invites you to experience the rewards of my artistic skills and I hope to see you soon.

Stacy is easy to talk to and makes you forget your laying on a table half naked having hair ripped out of your skin. If I didn't live so far away, Stacy would be my regular waxer. I might wait to get waxed by her next time I'm down there for Christmas! Go to Stacy, you won't be disappointed.

The "fairy hair" application itself was problematic. The girls complained that the application was painful. Only one wrap was used, and each strand appeared to be attached to very few hairs. By the next day, roughly half of the strands had fallen out. When we raised this concern, the staff member responded dismissively and blamed my niece rather than offering to fix or replace the fairy hair. Given our prior experience with fairy hair from other stylists, where it typically lasts well over a month, we were surprised and disappointed that this application did not last even a full day. At $5 per strand, we expected a more durable result and a more professional response to concerns. Based on this experience, we would not return.

Despite the delayed start, the massage still ended at 3:50 PM, meaning we did not receive the full hour of service that we paid for. One of the small touches we always enjoyed after our massages was being able to choose a complimentary beverage. We have consistently chosen the red wine option because it's something we look forward to at the end of our sessions. Unfortunately, even that simple detail was incorrect during this visit. The biggest issue, however, was the massage itself. I always book a deep tissue massage because I work out six days a week and have lingering back issues from playing college football. I rely on deep tissue work for recovery and pain relief. This session felt nothing like a deep tissue massage. Honestly, it felt as though lotion was simply being rubbed onto my skin with very little pressure or therapeutic work being done. I left feeling exactly the same as when I walked in. In fact, I was so unsatisfied that I immediately started calling other massage establishments in the area to see if I could get another appointment that same day because I received virtually no benefit from this session. I am not someone who complains often, and I am usually a very generous tipper when I receive good service. This was one of the few times I have ever left without tipping because I genuinely felt that neither my girlfriend nor I received the experience we paid for. It's disappointing to see how much this place has changed. What was once a reliable and enjoyable experience has become consistently frustrating. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend spending your time or money here. There are better options in the area that will provide the service and value you expect.

Ok so i myself ruined my own eyebrows when i was younger. Finally was able to get them to grow back in. I was afraid of getting them waxed so i decided to TRY threading. I found this place on my way home from work one day and i will never go anywhere except here. The owner is very sweet. And she does an AMAZING JOB!!! Shes got alot of talent. This threading stuff is an art. I honestly think it takes a certain skill to do it. Shes deffinaitly has what it takes to do it right! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Ive gotten alot of compliments too. Everytime i tell people where i go. So i hope to bring some new customers. Women want to look and feel good. I needed to get my eyebrows done and read some good reviews of this place, so I decided to try it. I really did not love the place I had been going to, and was looking for a new place. The owner threaded my brows. She was friendly, fast, professional, gentle, and precise. I felt like she knew what she was doing and was committed to doing an excellent job, which she did! I liked the cooling gel she applied at the end, a very nice touch. She gave me a punch card, where you get the 10th threading free.
