There has been NO CARPET CLEANING service provided. On or about 12/2/25 I spoke with Tabatha at WaterBear, explaining that I had some wine stains on a small area of carpet. I asked if that was something her company could help with. She said she would send someone to take a look. A gentleman, who introduced himself as the owner of the company, came to my home and looked at the stains. He said he thought the carpet should be steam cleaned, but his big truck was out for repair and he would have Tabatha call and set up an appointment with me to get the work done. Tabatha never called. A couple days later I called the company back and asked if there was a problem, explaining my situation. The receptionist apologized and said she'd have someone get back to me. No one has called me or been in touch. And today I get this invoice. I am pretty grossed out at the level of customer service, or lack thereof. Just to be clear, this invoice will not be paid. There was no service provided, no phone call to set something up, and no follow up by your company. I will find someone else to do the work.

They pulled back roughly one half of the carpet in the room. All around that permitter there are scuff marks and dings, whereas there are none along the rest of the room. This is clear evidence that they caused this damage. I've tried to reach out to the developer who contracted their work as it was done under warranty multiple times since work was done. They forward the issue to JC carpet, I hear nothing back. JC carpet hasn't reached out to fix anything or even address the issues. I sent an email last night- with all involved CCd. I've heard nothing back. I wouldn't do business with this company if you paid me. I actually cancelled my own- non warranty scheduled work with them and asked my developer to allow me to work with someone else and was denied due to horrible office staff customer service (only one staff member set this experience though- the rest I spoke too were great). Also they aren't currently licensed. They shouldn't even be performing work.

The love seat needed new foam and a spring, which was made as close to the original as possible.
