Gave them another chance went back no brushes still I talked to the person working and still washing cars..taking people's money not saying a word to anyone! We turned around left and went to Town Auto wash it's new and redesigned and clean! We met a very customer friendly man I told him our story and he said I'll give u a free $39.00 car wash and you'll see how much better we are.. We did and it was a real car wash with all the latest bells and whistles..lot's of brushes and hit every angle of that car to make it look brand new! It was dried by two men that did a beautiful finished job! We gave them a tip and off we went! Very pleased! We will be back to be put on a monthly charge.. For $20.00 a month I can get our car washed anytime.. Or I can pay more and get more! Not into this techy stuff that might be a problem..but will see! First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California. I'm use to drying my own car and though this was one of those places. It really frustrated me. Waste of my valuable time when I could have went somewhere else. Lesson learned.

Mind you I came in on a Sunny day after a few days of raining, so my car had been rain-washed for 3 days in a row. Wouldn't recommend, unless you get the cheapest wash and just want light wash and rinse. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew "seemed" professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating. 09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that's a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they're successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don't go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. Terrible experiences 100% of the time. I only ones them in an emergency when everyone else is…read moreclosed. First and foremost, their automatic car wash is terrible and overpriced. For four $4 less you can get a car washed right down the street with an attendant and I can run it back through if it's not clean. With this automatic one you're stuck with what you get, it doesn't print receipts like it says. I put my car windshield in front of the blowers for an entire 60 seconds and it still wasn't dry even after gong back and forth a few feet. Second, the vacuums here really blow and the pressure washer suck. It should be the other way around where the vacuums should suck and the pressure washer should blow. I could urinate harder than the pressure washing guns and the stalls have no soap half the time. Third, when you pay for your car wash at the stalls, it says a five dollar minimum but it does not tell you how much your car is being charged. It just tells you how many minutes you have. So you have no idea how much you're being charged it just gives you how many minutes you have and then by the time you wash your car it's for 8-9 minutes you're at $10 already. I can wash my car at every other cup out or spot nearby for competitors spot for half the price and know what I'm paying when I do it and not be surprised when I get my credit card bill. There's no way of knowing what you're getting charged here. Like I said, after numerous problems here over the last several years 10+ I only use them for an emergency purpose and I still have issues.
