I just had a terrible experience at this Water Works! It definitely did Not Work Well for me and my F-150! I never heard such an awful banging sound on my truck at any car wash before! I heard it especially when it banged hard on my sun roof ... then on my tonneau cover destroying it and my hard-earned cash! I could have saved a fortune by Not going to this Water Works Auto wash! At first the employees were very nice to me when I complained and said The Owner Brian is cool and will probably at the very least, repair the damage to my truck! I felt relief. Then when I talked to the owner I received a very different response with excuses and lies! He claims that his equipment did Not do what I said it did (When I heard it Louder than my radio's Volume and I felt it! ) basically denied any fault by him, his business, or his equipment especially. I Never even received an apology! He offered a Car Wash Gift Card for another wash??? Why would he ever believe I would Ever go to any of his car wash facilities after costing me over $1200.00 or More in damages to my vehicle! UNBELIEVABLE and INCONCEIVABLE ! Very Unacceptable to say the least! Two Thumbs Down If you do not mind dents, dings, scratches, and parts of your vehicle destroyed then this is the place for you! Come on down here and you can throw your money in the wind! However; If you are like most of us today Have No Fear Just Steer Clear of This Place!

    Bugs!

The pro is establishment is a mile from my home. The cons are that I purchased the best and ultimately most expensive monthly plan and would expect a little TLC. Each and every car this time of year should have its side view mirrors and front bumper/grille sprayed with bug spray and scrubbed to loosen up the bugs. Unfortunately, this would require a little bit of effort--so as long as they don't need to move, your car gets sprayed within standing distance of the employee working the bug spray. NEVER is the passenger-side rear view mirror sprayed for bugs. Good customer service is hard to find. Minimum effort seems to be satisfactory and the status quo.

Awful Car Wash. Paid $8 for the superworks got out n went right across to meijers when i got out i could still see tons of dirt went immediately back and asked if they would take care of it was told no because i left the parking lot literally 500 feetaway. Employee was a punk. Terrible business do not go here save your money and don't support a crappy business.

Here's the kind of carwash you get at Belleville's Waterworks car wash!!!

I've been going to this car wash ever since I moved to Van Buren Twp. But after today I am completely finish going here. The little "manager" creep was nothing but a mouth. Didn't care if the car was clean or not. He had a real bad attitude when I complained to him. My BRAND NEW Lincoln was covered in BLACK spots, and I had garbage bags stuck to my wheels. There was garbage blowing everywhere INSIDE the car wash! I just wish I had taken a picture of it! I wish I could upload a picture of the crap black water all over my car!

Also, there needs to be two lines, one for members and one for people that pay every time. The latter hold up the line every time

I am not much into giving 2 stars but here I do. In my life of driving cars or trucks I have been…read moreto a lot of different car washes and if Yelp was around back then I probably would have reviewed each and everyone of them! Some you love to go back to, may it be price or quality of wash or near the house, and some you don't! Unless there is none other near you that is open. This one is a do it yourself manually or automatically 24/7. The only good thing here. So here I decide I want to wash the salt and dried snow/dirt off my suv knowing there is a 70% chance of more snow tonight and I drive to Mr.Goofy's car wash in Belleville. Finding it closed I go to this one, knowing it to be a 24 hr place. The automatic brushless wash boasts the ultimate washing experience for $8. I choose that option with all the bells and whistles of a car wash. Triple coat polish and wax etc. The wash bay door opens up and an electronic sign beckons me to drive forward. I comply till the sign tells me to stop. The ultimate wash starts. After about 5 minutes of washing the sign tells me to drive forward while another sign starts a red count down from 40 seconds. 40 seconds to get my vehicle dry!! After the drier starts it's loud blower whine and I slowly inch forward through it, I am finally outside the bay and the door closes behind me. I get out of my vehicle to inspect the wash. I find a chunk of slush/ice stuck in my RHS front wheel-well. I also find my one and only bumper sticker ripped in half on the ground!! Viola!! It is an ultimate wash after-all I think to myself!! It did something that no other car wash has been able to do as yet. The brush kinds or the brushless ones. None has been able to rip my bumper sticker off the bumper and rip it in half in the process!! Will I ever come back here? Probably not! Not unless no other wash in the area is closed like tonight. And next time I will just wait for the others to open for business. The drier, as loud as it was did not dry the vehicle as good as I would have liked. Was it really worth the $8 for the ultimate wash? The automatic wash at the truck stop on Haggerty Rd does it all for $5, the car wash when open across from Meijer's charges $5 for a drive through but one must get out and dry down with a towel, and Mr.Goofy's does it for $9 and it's dry and clean when you leave. Do you want to use this one for your pride and joy? The choice off-course is up to you!!
