I was having trouble making it out to Novi from West Bloomfield and Jill, who answered the phones mentioned they can come pick my car up at my house for a $25 fee. I decided to do that and Jill scheduled my appointment for about a week later. Jill and one of the other people who worked there got to my home to take my car around 10am, and said they'd have it back around 4:30. I reiterated how I only needed the inside cleaned and not to worry about the outside. They brought my car back around 5, and it looked good as new. The inside was completely rid of dog hair and ground in salt and all the other messes kids make. It looked like they had given the outside of the van a quick wash, which I appreciate. Jill did let me know that depending on how difficult it would be to get the dog hair out they would possibly have to charge me more, I had told her that was fine. They did end up having to use special tools to get the dog hair out and did end up charging me more, but I didn't mind because she told me that might happen. I am so pleased with how my car turned out. I will definitely use them again after next winter!

I'm pretty sure he was fishing for a tip because when I said I didn't have any other way to pay, magically a giant wad of cash came out of his pocket and he had enough fives and tens in there to make change for me several times over... My biggest regret? Not paying with a credit card so I could file a chargeback. If you want a clean car, consider going elsewhere... Not all of the pictures show up for some reason so I'll list everything... Glovebox wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Sand on the floor in the back. Center console wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Interior trim still has gunk and crud in the nooks and crannies. Brand new stain on the back of center row seat, that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. White specks of what looks like paint on the front passenger seat, not there when I dropped the car off. Floor mats were poorly cleaned, some still have pebbles stuck to them. Overall, very dissatisfied with their work.

The private sale Kelly Blue Book resale range for a 2006 GS in Excellent Condition, with 117,000 miles, is $2,996 to $4,909. I listed the car on Craigslist with photo's and details at $4,800. The very first person to come and see the car on Sunday, called back on Tuesday after looking at several other cars, and made a lowball offer of $4,000, I countered and sold the car on Wednesday for $4,500. Fast forward, 1:15pm I called to check on my vehicle to be informed that they had JUST started on it. I immediately asked them to stop because it had already been 5 hours and it should have been completed. When I walked in, I retrieved my keys and walked out to my car to find my gas tank wide open. I went back in and asked for a manager to inform them that I would be filing a police report because I feel as though the tampered with my car. Once inside my vehicle to my surprise, it was WORSE than when I dropped it off. Apparently they "prepped my vehicle and sprayed the door jams and now there are water marks on my ceiling around EVERY door. When I spoke to the manager, Paul, he apologized and told me he would do absolutely NOTHING for me beside clean my ceiling THAT THEY DAMAGED...and I could bring my car back and continue to wait. After 5 hours I received nothing but a damaged vehicle and inconvenience. I will be filing a police report and a claim in court for someone to correct the issues that they have caused me.
