I've had professionals quote me one price and upon seeing a young woman by herself, Jack up the price because they know I can't do anything without their expertise. Thankfully this wasn't the case! Not only did George try EVERY option possible (as the lock wasn't being cooperative!!), he frequently assured me we'd solve the problem one way or another.
