WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!…read more I scheduled to have a tech meet me between 6-7 pm to replace & reprogram a FOB key which would only need to take 10 minutes total to complete. The tech showed up an hour late with little to no apologies for the extra wait time. I then patiently waited while the tech worked with multiple FOBs which he could not re-program to the car. At 9:45 pm, I was told that he would need to order an additional key. At this point, he asked that I pay $240 for a manual key which was separate from the FOB and that I could pay the remaining $40 once the new FOB came in. I explained that I felt uncomfortable paying such a large portion of the invoice given that the project was no where near complete. I then asked to pay half up front and half upon completion. The tech then made a call to the owner to which the owner's response was "Nah." I proceeded to explain to the owner the circumstances under which this repair look place. I.E. Being an hour late to the appointment, being unable to re-program the FOB, now being 3.5 hours into the appointment time and I'm in the same position as when we started. There was no apology, there was no explanation, just a simple pay the $240 or that's it. The owner poorly represented himself as well as him company and wasted my time in addition to his tech's. Please give another local locksmith company your business. This one is not worth the effort, headache, or a 3.5 hour wait time.
