We'll my only comment is that Joanne deserves to be a 5.0+. My wife and I were fortunate enough to be represented by Joanne in the purchase of a condo residence for our daughter who will be attending U. of Chicago in the fall. Based on our experience we recommend her 100% without any reservations.
