I used them to replace lanai screen mesh that was torn. They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

We got an estimate, to re-screen a patio and windows. We removed all the old screen to make it easier for them, even though it was not our responsibility. We had to leave before they were done, so we paid and tipped the installers while they were finishing up. BAD MISTAKE!!! There was one window screen that would not fit back into the window frame since it was bowed in. It appeared to us it was stretched too tight. In our attempt to make it fit we put a kink in the frame. It took several attempts to get them back to fix it. They did not show up when promised - failed to call or text to advise change in their schedule. When they finally had someone pick up the screen frame and take it back to the shop, they could see how it did not fit the window. The next day Matt sent a text indicating we have to take it to someone else to fix it!!! They took no responsibility for the screen not fitting the window, 7 out of 8 were done correctly, including one that is the same size as the bad one. Matt stated it was our fault the frame had a kink and he can't fix it, but I can take it somewhere else to have it fixed. I explained it would not have a kink if they had re-screened it correctly so it would have fit the window. He continued for several minutes to try and justify why it was not their fault. I told him I was done with his company and did not appreciate how we were being treated. At that point he stated he would have it fixed but it was too late. We do not want to deal with his company any longer. A reputable company would have made it right without arguing and blaming the customer. I since found out once the frame is bowed it cannot be fixed. They bowed it and will accept the responsibility. read more

Our pool cage and lanai area screens were very old and needed replaced/repaired. Matt and his crew were very professional, fast, efficient and did a fantastic job. They replaced all screens and screws and repaired/replaced hardware on 3 doors - they work and look great again. Each member of his team had specific jobs and worked efficiently and were respectful of our property and myself. Would highly recommend!!! read more

I was very impressed with Superior Rescreening from my initial phone call to the actual rescreening. I was able to discuss my situation, send pictures to Matt, get a quote and have the job done much faster than I anticipated. I expected the job to take several hours, 20 large screens on my condo lanai. I was blown away when the entire job and cleanup took the 3 installers only 45 minutes! When pricing up the job he had every opportunity of quoting to replace all 8 screen panels on our lanai but he remained thoroughly honest and told us only ONE panel needed any work. I manage quite a few properties. A lot of those properties have pool cages and patio cages. Needless to say rental tenants are hard on properties and their amenities, often times the screens suffer the most. Wild domestic pets, out of control parties and just general wear and tear of the screening. I always call Superior Rescreening to get the repairs done quick and efficiently. It took 5 days for them to get back to me after I called and left a message. I had called other times before without answer. I won't leave a terribly negative review as I did not receive the service of rescreening, but I will say that taking so long to get back to someone or not answering a business phone are serious red flags. read more
