We rent a golf cart at least once each time we come down. This is *THE* place to rent a golf cart in PCB! The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, and goes out of their way to provide a pleasurable experience in every respect. Our golf cart was in excellent condition, and ran flawlessly. The process of checking out and returning the vehicle was as easy as it could possibly be. We have rented golf carts from a leading competitor whose locations dot the beach from end to end, and the excellent quality of our transaction with Bike the Beach stands in stark contrast to the horrible service, nasty disposition, and unsavory business practices that we have experienced at those other rental agencies. It will be well worth your time to rent your golf cart from Bike the Beach, even if it takes you a few more minutes to get to their PCB location from your hotel or condo. There is ample parking behind their shop for you to leave your car while you explore the beach in your golf cart. From now on, we will now exclusively use Bike the Beach PCB any time we wish to rent a golf cart or a bicycle.

He set us up, made sure we were comfortable and off we went. The self guided tour was easy to follow along with. You just download an app (Ryan explains everything ahead of time) and it guides you via voice directions. Along the tour you can stop at key points and watch videos to learn about the stops. We packed a lunch and watched a few of the videos inside the public park. 5/5 stars for this fun activity in PCB. PS - Snag a T-shirt after your tour! This place is down the street from Conservation Park which has great trails. He has an office in the front then his bikes are in the back in a storage unit. Victoria and Angelo were absolutely extraordinary. They always came by to make sure we were relaxed and comfortable and adjusted our umbrellas to have shade without us even asking. They would come by and kick sand off our chairs and even fold towels when we were away. We had multiple conversations with both of them and we always ended up laughing and joking around. Took my bike to Frankie's for repair the next day. What a great bike shop! They sell and rent bikes and also do repairs. We were told that our brakes were covered under warranty which was great to hear. Frankie's replaced the brakes and took care of the warranty. We were thrilled! They sell all the bike necessities in this shop. Hubby and I splurged and got bells for our bikes. lol. Hubby also bought a cool ball cap. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again. Great service!

Poor Experience with Outlaw Rentals - Would Not Recommend…read more I rented a 4-seater golf cart from Outlaw Rentals on Monday at 4:45 PM. I parked it in the designated spot as directed by an employee and left briefly to pick up my family from the airport. When I returned about 90 minutes later to drive the cart to our beach house, I found it had been locked up. I tried calling the company multiple times but received no response. The next morning, I visited the rental office and discovered that the original cart I rented had already been re-rented to someone else. The employee gave me a 6-seater cart as a replacement. Later that day (Tuesday), I drove it to the grocery store after dropping off my husband--who recently had knee replacement surgery--and our son at the beach. The plan was to do a quick shopping trip and return to pick up my husband. Unfortunately, the second cart broke down on Highway 395 near Publix. The motor was running, but after a loud cracking sound, the cart stopped moving entirely--no forward or reverse. Again, I called and texted the company, and again, no response. Police ended up pushing the cart to the side of the road. My husband and son had to walk back to our house, get the car, and pick me up. That was night two without a working golf cart. On Day 3, I finally received a call from the company offering to bring a third cart--free of charge, which frankly felt like the bare minimum. We didn't receive the new cart until 1 PM that afternoon. Then on Day 4, I received three voicemails and two texts from Outlaw Rentals claiming I was not allowed to have a golf cart in Sea Crest and needed to return it immediately. The problem? We were never in Sea Crest. It turns out the company failed to remove my information from the first cart they re-rented after locking it up--leading to this confusion. ***Throughout this experience, I contacted management twice to request a credit for at least the two days we were left without a usable cart. No one responded, and no compensation was offered. This entire experience reflected extremely poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I urge anyone considering a rental to read the reviews first. Based on what I experienced, I don't see how this company can sustain itself with such unprofessional practices and disregard for customers. Janet T
