    Poor Experience with Outlaw Rentals - Would Not Recommend…read more I rented a 4-seater golf cart from Outlaw Rentals on Monday at 4:45 PM. I parked it in the designated spot as directed by an employee and left briefly to pick up my family from the airport. When I returned about 90 minutes later to drive the cart to our beach house, I found it had been locked up. I tried calling the company multiple times but received no response. The next morning, I visited the rental office and discovered that the original cart I rented had already been re-rented to someone else. The employee gave me a 6-seater cart as a replacement. Later that day (Tuesday), I drove it to the grocery store after dropping off my husband--who recently had knee replacement surgery--and our son at the beach. The plan was to do a quick shopping trip and return to pick up my husband. Unfortunately, the second cart broke down on Highway 395 near Publix. The motor was running, but after a loud cracking sound, the cart stopped moving entirely--no forward or reverse. Again, I called and texted the company, and again, no response. Police ended up pushing the cart to the side of the road. My husband and son had to walk back to our house, get the car, and pick me up. That was night two without a working golf cart. On Day 3, I finally received a call from the company offering to bring a third cart--free of charge, which frankly felt like the bare minimum. We didn't receive the new cart until 1 PM that afternoon. Then on Day 4, I received three voicemails and two texts from Outlaw Rentals claiming I was not allowed to have a golf cart in Sea Crest and needed to return it immediately. The problem? We were never in Sea Crest. It turns out the company failed to remove my information from the first cart they re-rented after locking it up--leading to this confusion. ***Throughout this experience, I contacted management twice to request a credit for at least the two days we were left without a usable cart. No one responded, and no compensation was offered. This entire experience reflected extremely poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I urge anyone considering a rental to read the reviews first. Based on what I experienced, I don't see how this company can sustain itself with such unprofessional practices and disregard for customers. Janet T
