I had an upcoming day off from work and she was able to work with our schedule to come on that day. She came to our house, took measurements, informed us of the options, listened to our preferences, and we quickly selected the options we wanted (white cordless faux wood blinds with wand tilt). The consult was quick and afterwards Nancy emailed us the invoice. Before making a final decision, we compared their price with similar companies and wholesale websites. We were pleasantly surprised that the blinds were cheaper to purchase through Midtown Shade and Shutter. Plus installation was included and inexpensive. We decided to go with Midtown and paid half up front. They accept Venmo which helped speed up the process. The blinds were manufactured and we scheduled a day for Nancy's husband to install them.
