He patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions about shutters, blinds, and shades. He didn't try to upsell us to more expensive products, instead he suggested options that were a good fit for the style of our house, our personal style, and our budget. We ended up choosing shades for all windows, except a master bath window where we decided on a shutter. Patrick helped us with fabric and color choice. Communication about when the products would arrive was great. During installation Patrick pointed out a few shades that weren't working correctly so he put up temporary paper shades on those windows and ordered replacements right away.
