He didn't try to upsell us to more expensive products, instead he suggested options that were a good fit for the style of our house, our personal style, and our budget. We ended up choosing shades for all windows, except a master bath window where we decided on a shutter. Patrick helped us with fabric and color choice. Communication about when the products would arrive was great. During installation Patrick pointed out a few shades that weren't working correctly so he put up temporary paper shades on those windows and ordered replacements right away. They arrived at the expected time, no delays. Carolyn, the owner, came to my house and walked me through the options. It was wonderful that all of my dealings were with one person. We had Brad visit for a quote to replace shades. It would require some electrical work. They gave me a quote. There was some confusion about who was in charge of getting electrical work done. I thought this company was managing the vendor they recommended. They thought I was handling it even though I only had a general idea what needed to be done. Well 3 months later they called me to ask if I wanted to do the work. I said I would think about it. I would have preferred that they call me a few weeks later to see what I wanted to do. We'll probably work with an authorized dealer instead.
