I get pedicures every 2 weeks for the last 10-15 years of my life and my goodness. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. It was incredibly painful the ENTIRE time. I asked MULTIPLE times for her to be more gentle, that she was hurting me - it landed on deaf ears. For a $90 pedicure, I at least want to enjoy it. I went in for a manicure & pedicure French tip. When I made it to the pedicure they were very rude they made jokes laughing & talking in their language so I wouldn't understand. During the pedicure he was very rough, he ended up cutting my toe (i didn't notice until after my service was complete.) it's only been a week since I've been & all of my nails are chipped or if not all the polish has come off. I want to go back, but the environment was so rude & tense I would just rather not. Walked in at 7, they close at 8. I have no polish, no acrylic on. I just needed an overlay, only to be told, we are closed for overlay. Funny, because they lady who went back in front of me had acrylic nails.... And also an overlay doesn't take a hour, but I suppose I couldn't be bothered with. Everyone was friendly and I feel like I got a really good manicure and pedicure .....but..... I was talked into shellac on my toes and dip on my fingers. Both of which I had to return to the salon to have taken off.... I think this was on purpose and part of there plan. I think am done with nail salons in general.... DO NOT GO HERE! I went in and asked for a price she would not tell me until I signed one of her cards. Should have been my first red flag. The tips that the guy put on my nails didn't even fit. Thankfully when they were done you couldn't really tell. The pedicure was the only good thing about this place. Not an hour later after I left my nails chipped. Two days after I got them I was reaching into my pocket and the nail broke I called and they said they would fix it for free because it was within the same week I got them done. I went in and got it fixed. The day after another nail broke. At this point I was fed up with this. I called and said I would like a partial refund. The lady said it was against their policy to give refunds but if a came in they would fix it for me I said no thank you and hung up. The next day two more of my nails broke and one completely popped off. I paid $120 for this and within a week almost all of my nails were broken off. This is not a business it's a scam. Edit: I don't want to waste time/gas getting them fixed again if they are just going to break off the next day. I would like a refund for the nails. read more

Basic mani pedi service completely ruined by a nail tech here. Nails on 1 foot filed and not the other, polish looks like a 3 yr old did it ..I.e blotchy and polish touching above the cuticle areas. I went in there to get two of my nails fixed after the tip had popped off not even a week into having them. When asking if the color was correct he moved my finger and just went and grabbed a color. The place isn't like my home salon in TN, but the chairs are mostly comfy and more secluded than the other nail salons I have visited down here. As far as the quality of the mani/pedi, everyone's a little different. I prefer Tiarra and my friend always schedules with Lee or Paul. We go every 3-4 weeks and enjoy quality girl time and self care. They are usually very nice, and will try to work you in, but remember if you're there during a peak time, you'll have to wait for a chair and you may not be able to request a specific technician. Recently a technician was not able to make our scheduled appointment time, and they texted to ask our preference, before randomly assigning someone. I appreciated that very much. read more

Anyone can look at these and see that they didn't even attempt to make my nails look decent. My toes have never looked this bad, even when I do them myself at home. They are different lengths and shapes. The woman that did my nails was older with dyed red hair and bangs. When I showed her the errors she said it was "my skin". I asked her to fix it and she kept trying to tell me that they "looked really good" and it was just my skin. I've never had my toes done this poorly. I tried to ask another technician to fix them but she just sent me back to the same technician who didn't want to fix them in the first place. I am very unhappy with my nails, they look horrible! It's been 7 hours since I did them and they're all chipped! I had terrible service, I complained to the professional right away and she wouldn't accept that I didn't like them, in addition to paying to do the cuticles together (which she barely did), I had to pay to do the gel on top of the acrylic (because that's not what I asked for). My foot was badly cut and painted, I complained at the reception but the manager didn't do anything and even charged me for everything, I spent 275 for nothing because I'll have to do everything again somewhere else, in addition to the materials not being hygienic because they use the same file on several clients, the massage chair doesn't work properly, I had a terrible experience! This is the third and last time I've tried to go and it's always been horrible. Today I felt really bad about the confrontation the professional made, in addition to feeling robbed by a horrible and poor quality service. Even the product she used on my nails looked old because it was wrinkled when she applied it! I don't recommend it!! The salon is well located but the service and professionalism are terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. They were very rude as soon as I walked in the door. I told them I had an appointment at 3 and their response was, " We don't care, the wait is twenty minutes." Walk ins shouldn't come before an appointment especially when it was planned a week prior. As I sat and waited, I heard how they were talking to other customers and it was very rude and uncalled for. After I waited 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, they finally did my nails. The man that did my nails went so fast that my nails look bad. I visited this establishment for a pedicure/gel manicure. I was taken back sow pedi by nail tech Michelle. She did a great job then took me a manicure station. She started as usual, but before she got to the actual gel portion, she left me went to a pedicure station, no warning. I sat the for well over 20 minutes, no indication she was coming back. The nail tech was probably the worst nail tech I have ever had in my life. After she was finished, my manicure and pedicure looked AWFUL. The work was so sloppy and she dipped my nails WAY too thick . Unfortunately, I was time restrained and was visiting out of town or I would of asked to do them over again. When she was doing my manicure, she cut me once and glued her finger to mine as she was putting on my nail extensions , leaving another cut on my finger . So unsanitary !! I've only had my nails for a week now and I have my daughter's wedding to go to . Now I have to get everything all re-done because everything looks so sloppy. It's a shame because they have a prime location in a beautiful area. What a shame. I wish I would of had the forthright to get my tech's name. She had absolutely no personality and wasn't that pleasant. All I remember is she had this shirt on that had all these big gems on it and one was missing. I can not recommend this nail salon. I had a previous bad experience when I left with bleeding nail beds but I decided to give it another chance. This time a friend went with me and we both left with nails and toes that look like we could have done them ourselves. My friends gel manicure started peeling off on the way. Also, nail clippings were on her chair when she sat down. As if that wasn't enough there was a sewage like stench that made the whole experience worse. I visit your salon several times a year, and the service has significantly gone down each time that I have visited. Yesterday afternoon I visited the salon for a pedicure. The nail technician doing my pedicure was very rude from the time I sat down. When I went to select the basic pedicure option she said is "that is all" and yanked the menu from me. As she started my pedicure she did not put my feet in the water. She proceeded to cut my cuticles dry, which was very uncomfortable. When I ask her if she could stop, she kept going and told me I needed to "hold still" Start to finish, she only spent 16 minutes on my pedicure. I did not even receive lotion on my feet. My nail polish job was so messy that I had to stop by the store and buy some nail polish remover to fix it. Do not come here if you want a good experience, I like the convenience of this location, but I will not be back due to the level of service and quality. read more

I went here despite the poor reviews. I was expecting the worst, but it actually wasn't bad! I waited for about 15 minutes (no appointment) for a full acrylic set. It was pretty busy, so I wasn't surprised with the wait. He overall did a good job. It was not absolutely perfect, but good for the price! As soon as I walked in the door. I was not greeted but I was asked what did I need and told to go wash my hands. I wasn't asked if this was my first visit or anything. Which this was my very first visit so it would've been nice to have gotten a brief tour of where things where because I had no clue where the handwashing station was. The older lady that did my pedicure actually took her time and did a great job. I asked her for her name so that I could request her next time. Omg she replied "No you don't need to my name let someone else do next time." I thought she was kidding until I asked a 2nd time and she still never gave me her name. I'm not sure what that was about because I really like going back to someone if they do a great job. However, I thought it was very unprofessional. I've been here 4x. The first three times. Great experience. Clean. Nice, great selection of Colors and great results. Based on those good experiences is why it's gotten three stars. After today's appointment i would not give it one star I called, made an appointment requesting a manicure and a dip polish change. I arrived early so my precious manicure could get soaked. My technician was rude and could have cared less for me or about his work. Zero attention to detail. He rushes through my service. I had tips applied and a new dip polish applied. He skipped the manicure completely. My nails are uneven, crooked, and the texture of them doesn't feel polished. They are rough from the powder. In the end he wiped cuticle oil on my nails. Told me there is no massage. They don't offer that anymore. I'm sitting there thinking, there was no manicure and I can't believe you are looking at these nails thinking you can stand by this work and have me leave like this. I'm all for a quick 20 minute appointment if the work is good. This was sloppy work and a waste of 20 minutes. I made sure I wasn't charged a manicure. But for $58 and a $10 tip I should expect to leave with a wearable manicure. I don't even know how to fix this qt home. It's like i don't have a top coat. From the moment I walked in, they were rude. I informed them that I needed a nail repair. It was at least 10 people working at the shop and only two customers. I asked where should I sit and they instructed me to sit in the waiting area. I sat there for 20 minutes and no one assisted me. The two customers left, and I continued to sit there and wait. Two more customers came in and they were asked to pick out a color. I then asked one of the elderly ladies working there how long will it be, and she rudely replied, "I don't know".
