We sailed on the River Queen which is the smaller boat. The food buffet was very good and there was something for every taste. Very fresh salad with two dressing options, rolls, meltingly tender beef in a rich brown gravy, baked chicken, mashed potatoes, farfalle pasta in red sauce, scrumptious grilled vegetables. And decadent creamy cheesecake for dessert. Free coffee and tea, and reasonably priced bar drinks for purchase. Our server, Anna (Onna?) was most attentive and usually within sight if you wanted something. The whole crew were very professional, very polite and respectful and eager to please. Our entertainer was engaging with his ongoing narration of the sights and historical facts along the river interspersed with banjo music. The two hours went by quickly. I put on my hoodie and spent some time out on deck, where you can smoke 'em if you got 'em. I decided it was time for a cocktail so I ordered an Anchors Away which was delicious, nautically blue, and had a definite kick. I was really looking forward to getting the pictured souvenir glass, but the first of two wrinkles took place as I was advised they were out of them due to some recent large parties on the bigger boat. Boo. If you're going to advertise souvenir glasses, order more than enough to keep them in stock. Anna arranged to give me the drink in the larger souvenir vessel, which is pretty, but heavy ceramic and I don't see myself using it at home other than for a decoration. The second wrinkle was our bar tab printed out as though I ordered multiple drinks. My husband didn't look at it and just handed over the debit card...then I saw it and went up to tell them not to run it but it was too late. Somehow they had already realized it was wrong but it took such a long time for them to figure out how to void the transaction, which bothered me. The cruise director had to get involved to fix it. Her name was Tasha and she was very nice and so apologetic about the situation, she comped our drinks for the trouble and boxed up some cheesecake for us to take home. She seemed to agree with me that if the owners had not decided to "go cashless" last year this would never have happened. I asked her to pass on my comment that it is not good to refuse to accept payment in legal tender American money and I feel it was a bad move. For this reason I will never give five stars even if the cruise is flawless. Nonetheless I hope to have the chance to take a cruise on the River Queen later this year.

Our server, Keisha, was great but was overwhelmed with drink orders before the buffet started. After a somewhat chaotic start, the staff got their rhythm going and everything worked better from that point on. The buffet was really delicious. The tour itself was OK. It had a great view of downtown Cincinnati at the beginning but not much else after that. It was a decent trip, but only for the food and the great service from Keisha.

Discovered they're located in Dayton Ky, just a few miles east of Newport. They have a private parking lot- so parking was easy even though the surrounding area was busy. We boarded quickly and the crew members were all very personable. Our tickets included a 3 hour cruise, dinner and open bar. The boat started out by cruising east on the Ohio river and then turned back towards the west (and the fireworks). Our dinner, was as advertised, a mix of bbq, hamburgers, hot dogs and summer salads. There were also cookies and some pastries for dessert. The bar, which was included in the price, was a pleasant surprise. They offered cans and bottles of beer and some fairly good spirits for cocktails. The cruise was a pleasant way to relax and see the sites along the Cincinnati- N. Kentucky Ohio River shore line. We arrived at our spot to watch the fireworks (which were set off from a barge in the river) approximately 30 minutes before start time. It was a very fun way to watch the "fire in the sky". All in all, the food wasn't fancy, the boat decor was a little bit "tired" - however the crew, the sites along the river, the comfy outdoor seating area and the cruise made for a really enjoyable evening. Very glad we went!

The tour guide/ driver was so knowledgeable and I could have listened to him for hours. If you are interested in art, this is an absolute must do. Whether you are a Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky resident, a newcomer or visitor, you must do this tour. There are also walking mural tours and Pedal Wagon food and drink options, either way, I highly recommend doing a Pedal Wagon. One minor issue, they say the Wagon holds 16 but one of the seats is a cooler and one of the seats is a bench that is supposed to seat three but was not very comfortable for our group of senior ladies. We would have been more comfortable if it was only 14. So as a word of caution unless your group is really young and/or thin, don't do 15-16 passengers.

So we enjoyed that she was nice & kind. She offered us water at the start of the Pedal Wagon tour and spoke to us which was nice. Okay, now the bad. So we did think this was gonna be a Pedal Wagon Tour of Cincinnati? Well it wasn't really a Tour. We just went to two bars- something we really don't do like that. Don't get me wrong the two bars we went to did have some nice chicken- and the people was friendly. But we were looking more on tour of Cincinnati- We booked a tour to learn more about the history & go to vary of different things normal people whose is not from the city would enjoy. Well we spent money just to go to two bars and to ride on a pedal bike. To be honest we would have done that ourselves. So didn't feel like we got our money worth. We actually spent more money than we wanted to because we were trying to at least keep ourselves entertained by going to the two bars she took us to. Which was not in our budget plan for this specific event. So we told them to just leave us at the friendly market and they went on their way at the end of trip. So overall, if your looking for a tour of Cincinnati I wouldn't recommend booking this but if your looking just to ride the Pedal Wagon for a couple of hours and party a little then highly recommended it.

I cannot put into words how wonderful the trip to Ireland we just returned from was, and I highly…read morerecommend Secret Ireland Tours. Mai was great to work with in the time leading up to our trip; she was sure to provide us all the important information that we would need to prepare for our trip, without wasting our time with useless information or too many Zoom calls that feel unhelpful or confusing, as we had experienced with another tour company in the past. I will always recommend events and trips with our ambassador, Aaron Sagers; when you travel with Aaron, you are always in for a great time. And I can't say enough about our Irish tour guide, Adrian; not only does he know so much about Ireland's folklore and history that he wants to share, but he is also just a wonderful person with whom we all had a genuine connection and now feels like a family member. Thank you, Ado, we appreciate you so much. Our tour bus driver, Ronan, was just lovely; he kept us safe, got us where we needed to go, and shared lots of laughs with us as well. We experienced a truly unforgettable 9 days in Ireland thanks to Mai, Adrian, Aaron, and Ronan. Everything seemed to operate quite smoothly (which I am sure Adrian was a big part of), and after taking another spooky tour overseas in the past that did not go as well, it was much appreciated how seamless this tour was. We never had to worry about a lack of communication, itinerary changes, or that anyone would be left behind. The structure of the tour allowed us some later morning starts as well as time every day to experience the location that we were staying in; to explore the town, and to see and do what the locals do. This was a big selling point of this tour for us, to not feel rushed every day and to have time to soak it all in. We also stayed at great hotels, which were at the least nice (as well as clean), but we even had a surprise stay in the most gorgeous castle rooms one night of our tour! We appreciated the smaller size of our tour group (18 folks, not counting Adrian, Aaron, and Ronan), which allowed for a more personal connection with our guides, as well as with each other. By the end of the tour, we all felt like family, and it was quite an emotional goodbye, which, in part, I think was likely due to the smaller group size, which allowed us to get to know each other. It also didn't feel like you were just a number, as it can feel with a larger tour group. Every single person on the tour felt important, included, and a part of the group. The itinerary was clear from day one when we signed up for this tour, and we were fortunate that there were no changes to our itinerary (likely due to thoughtful and good planning on Mai and Adrian's part), and instead, any changes to our itinerary were just enhancements or bonus surprises. It is good to know that you are going to get what you pay for with one of these types of tours. Adrian brought us not only to some well-known tourist locations but also to some off-the-beaten-path locations, making our tour feel more personalized and special. I am so grateful that I was finally able to experience the beauty of Ireland and its people, and I already can not wait to return. I am grateful that we went on this tour with Aaron and Secret Ireland Tours, and we would love to attend another in the future. I will never forget this trip and the special connections that we made with so many while experiencing this beautiful country.
