I saw Dr.Gibson in the spring of 2024 which unfortunately was my last dental appointment before relocating. It will be very hard for me to find a similar dentist in my new location because Dr. Gibson is truly one of a kind. She was my first & only dentist in Chicago for over 10 years & is an extremely knowledgeable and caring professional. Her equipments are very high tech and state of the art and she takes the time to explain procedures (never rushing to get you out of the chair). You know you are in great hands with one of the best dentist at every appointment. Jeff at the front desk is very welcoming & pleasant and consistently makes every effort to get you an appointment slot that fits your schedule. We moved here from another state, and nothing motivates you to find a dentist as quick as your daughter waking up, holding her jaw saying "oh the pain!". I called several dentists in our plan, and as the other dentists wouldn't see my daughter for weeks, Dr. Gibson was the only one who would see her the next day. Dr. Gibson took the time to get to know my daughter, and Jeff at the front desk is very personable. When I had a root canal done, Dr. Gibson gave me ibuprofen and a protein shake ("I don't want you taking ibuprofen on an empty stomach!") before I left the office. It's rare to see such compassion, and this was late in the afternoon, when I'm sure she was ready to leave for the day. I've never had that special treatment from a dentist before. My entire family goes there now, and we've all had wonderful, caring experiences. read more

Best. Dentist. Ever. Dr. Gibson is as good as it gets when it comes to dental care. Even when I needed some cavities filled, she has a high-tech fancy anesthetic dispenser which makes getting the horrible task of filling cavities no big deal. She even has TV's in each room to keep occupied when getting work done. Went in for a teeth cleaning and felt very safe and comfortable, despite Covid anxiety kept my appointment. Precautionary measures in place. A high end air purifier in the waiting room, all staff wearing masks (or double masks), and temperature checks. It had been years since I went to a dentist because of a bad experience with a previous dentist. My husband kept trying to get me to go to his dentist, Dr. Gibson. I finally relented and am so glad I did! Needless to say, my teeth and gums were in terrible shape. What a amazing experience, as I had a bad experience as a child. Dr. Gibson and all her staff are so friendly, compassionate and patient. She is up to date with all of the dentistry!! She actually cares about "YOU", that to me is everything. Painless sedation at it's best. Tv's are in each room, love that you get to see issues or completed work on the big tv screen and she explains everything to you. Jeff is fanomal with the scheduling and insurance. I have yet to find anything that isn't exceptional with this office!!! My husband also sees Dr. Gibson and is so happy that i told him, just had some implants done and WOW they look amazing!! 5 stars aren't enough for this Dentist...I give her and the staff a 10!!! read more

1/07/16 I have been going to Dr. Gibson for almost a year and needed quite a bit of work done. After a half dozen or so visits, my teeth and gums look great. Every cleaning and filling I've needed was a virtually painless procedure. Dr. Gibson is incredibly knowledgeable and her staff are wonderful and professional. They take the time to make you comfortable. You really get outstanding personal dental care here. After becoming a patient of Dr. Gibson, you will stop fearing the dentist. I cannot recommend her enough! 10/13/16 I wanted to leave another review for Dr. Gibson and her team after I've had more extensive work done. Since my last review, I've received two crowns on molars. She told me I would eventually need them done from the very beginning, so there were no surprises. Naturally, I was nervous, but once again there was very little discomfort during the procedures! The crowns feel very natural. Dr. Gibson took extra care to ensure the fit was perfect, and now I don't even notice them. There are dentists closer to my home, but the extra driving time is well worth the exceptional dental care that I never mind going out of my way. When you walk into the office, you will see some pictures and posters of magicians upon the walls. I like to think that's where the magic comes from!!
