I arrived at 11:00 a.m., when the salon was still practically empty, and initially everything seemed fine. I was assigned a technician for my pedicure, and the service began normally. While I was getting my pedicure, the salon gradually started to fill up. However, once my service was finished, I was left sitting in the chair while the technician began working on another client. When I raised my concern, I was told that the other client had an appointment. I understand and respect scheduled appointments, but my question is simple: if the technician had a prior appointment, why was I assigned to her in the first place? It is also worth mentioning that the client with the appointment arrived only a few minutes after I did, while my service was already in progress. Additionally, since the salon was already full at that point, it meant I would have had to wait again to continue with my manicure. Given the situation, I chose to get up, pay only for my pedicure, and leave. I consider this to be a lack of respect for my time as a customer. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one came to assist me. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer. I understand that with the volume of clients you handle this may not seem significant, but I strongly encourage you to review your policies and customer service, as situations like this could lead to losing many more clients in the future. Temperature checks are done as soon as you walk in. Max two clients are allowed in the shop at any time. As always I have a great time chatting with Fabi as she does my lashes. She is to me like family now and I always recommend her to all of my friends. Although I know so many people are doing lashes now, you cannot replace Fabi's expertise on all things lashes and lifts.
