I should have known it would be a terrible experience when I sat down and the lady that was supposed to do my nails kept getting entertained talking with her coworker and took a good 5 minutes to start working on my nails because she was texting. I don't like to rush people or complain so I let it go. After putting the foils on my nails to remove my gel nail polish, she told me to sit in the massaging chair to start working on my pedi, turned the water on and walked away. This lady left for about 10 minutes. At first, I thought she was going to get her tools or something, my vision was blocked by a wall so I couldn't see her, but when I peeked past the wall, she was sitting on her station on her phone! Absolutely no shame!! I asked another lady that was working there if my nail lady was planning on coming back, and that's when she finally decided to come back. Didn't even apologized. I told her I had an appointment I had to get to and now wasn't sure if I'd make it (newsflash, I didn't and had to tell the person I had the meeting with that I was running late). She didn't even bring a palette of colors, just asked what color I wanted. I didn't mind too much because I already knew the color I wanted anyway, but either way, it's always nicer when they bring the palette so you can see what colors they have available. I asked for a light mint color for both mani and pedi. The color on my feet was exactly what I wanted, then she started doing my mani and because of the lights in the place I couldn't really tell how different they were. The color in my hand is not what I wanted at all!! To top it off, she only did two coats and I could see some strikes, it was not even at all, so I asked her to do a third coat. She didn't even tell me to wash my hands so there was nail dust everywhere! When I go to pay, she gave me a higher price than I was originally told by the person that scheduled the appointment, but then she said she made a mistake and charged more! I was already annoyed and needed to get to my appointment so I didn't argue it. And then I came home to realize what a sh*t job she did on my feet! Ughhh!!!! Absolutely hate this place!

I took my mom to this salon after reviewing these entire eye catching 5 star reviews. SHE knows these reviews have everything to do with people falling for her scam... These awesome reviews were the first thing Luz and her daughter mentioned for us to trust her expertise. I am sure friends and family are being used as tools to attract customers. My mom's hair was ash blonde and we wanted her to get as close as possible to light silver highlights on a brownish base. Luz recommended a "vitamin treatment" before coloring to protect her hair from getting damaged because it was dry, she mentioned she didn't use any bleach and she would never promise or do anything that would leave mom's hair worse. We agreed to her recommendation, cost was $326 plus a tip I regret adding. (Took 3 hours to get the treatment applied) Mom went back two days after to get the treatment washed out and for Luz to give her color and style. We showed pictures of what we wanted and she said she was sure she could get pretty close to that. Second day, we asked NOT TO CUT HER HAIR. My mom was exposed not only to bleach and an unwanted haircut, but also took 7 long hours of playing with bleach and different colors to get to a very dark color that is nothing close to what we expected. She came home with a blouse all stained, a dry and burnt scalp, burnt earlobe, and she was told not to wash for a week or two. She almost fainted when not only her hair was the total opposite of what she wanted, but was also ripped off another $490 for that service. My mom cried for 2 days and cries every time she looks at herself in the mirror. There was another client there on the second day complaining about Luz cutting hair she wasn't asked to cut and giving a lady a color she didn't want. IF YOU CAN'T DO IT, DON'T EVEN TRY PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES! Some people are going through tougher times than others, and this is definitely affecting my mom's wellbeing.

Literally the worst place to get your toe nails done…read more I never leave reviews but if I could give this place a zero I would. I asked to have my toes WHITE (like snow white) and the lady chose to do them an off white even when I pointed out to her that that was not the color I asked for. She continued using the incorrect color so I called another lady over and asked her to bring me the white I had asked for originally (my lady kept saying there was no other white but I could obviously see a non-gel white on the wall.) So I compared the two colors when the 2nd lady got it for me and I emphasized that my toes were not white and even nicely gave her the option to just top off my nails with the white I asked her to without needing to start over. Attached are photos for evidence which were taken right after leaving. The "white" she was using had no pigment & you could tell was very old. You can literally see the streaks on my toes. The edges were also done horribly. ****To top things off, I booked my service with Janet Campos but instead I had Lourdes Ramon and was not given any explanation. I was charged Janet's price ($25) instead of Lourdes' price ($20). I told them this and the receptionist and Lourdes literally just shrugged and charged me extra either way after all of this mess.
