I need 4000 more , I dug the hole for the slab 30 deep so now we need to build a wall 3 blocks hire .. I need $ 8000 more .. Now that we have the slab in the right location .. as per the original plans he wants more money to buy concrete . For a month I have had concrete, wood, trash and debris all of the place. Now that he has been removed from the job he is refusing to refund the money he scammed from me .
