She truly listens to what you're saying and does her best, checking in along the way to make sure she's on the same page as you. She's honest with how your actual hair structure will match the picture you have, either in your mind or on your phone. She's sweet and funny and will give you an honest opinion to the questions you have concerning your hair, style, texture, etc. She's easy to schedule an appointment with and will try to accommodate. She also has the shortest hair cut I've ever seen, but she does a wonderful job with however long and short you want to go. She also has a wonderful, beautiful smile.

At the time when she was in the middle of dying my hair we both realized she had forgotten to cut it. After that we didn't want to put her work to waste. She offered to cut my hair later once it has grown out rather than restart the process. Perfect that was a great option. She seemed very professional and understanding. UNTIL TODAY, we reached out respectfully about getting the haircut that was paid for but not performed. Upon realizing that the appointment was in April said it was too late and we should have reached out within the week, but that is not what she said before we left. Now she is saying it's not within her current policy. Which is crazy that she will not honor her word.

Hair stylist that did my friend's hair apparently was the owner. Her hair was a nightmare. Within 10 minutes of arriving there was a full-on screaming fight. It started while I was in the restroom. I was supposed to get a blow out, but hastily made up an excuse about my husband back at the Airbnb not knowing how to set the AC, or the jacuzzi, or something else. Luckily we had taken separate cars. Hope it's closed down. If it isn't, heed this warning.
