The owner Craig Nicol is an absolute joke and super rude!!! I called him for an inquiry and we spoke about a potential date, which was NEVER confirmed. He then cancelled our already purchased gift voucher because we were a "no show" on a date we never actually confirmed. Then he further accused us of driving around the premises (I was miles away at a different event) as some farmer apparently saw a car. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and taking advantage of policy rights as long as they suit him. He couldn't care less about good customer service or decent human being interaction. ABSOLUTE LET DOWN!!!!! Waste of my time and money. My partner lost his voucher he was excited about, because Craig apparently makes his own rules and on top of that likes throwing around false accusations, because someone saw something.
