Jason Miller at Diversified has gone way above and beyond for us. Our last property management…read morecompany left a lot to be desired in the way of communication, and always seemed to find things that needed fixing by their people. Jason has kept in touch, and always asks before ordering work done. We had a tenant (brought in by the last company) who really trashed one of our units. Because we are not local, Jason has been doing all of the work to get her served for small claims court. He has saved us a great deal of time and money, and it wasn't something covered in our contract. Jason has worked with us on anything we needed, and I will never use another company.

I am extremely disappointed with how our application for Jefferson Terrace Apartments was handled…read more My boyfriend and I were informed that we had been approved, paid our security deposit, and both signed the lease through AppFolio. We were given access to the resident portal and proceeded under the understanding that everything was finalized. Because we are trying to move back home to Oregon from Texas, we also obtained renters insurance, scheduled utilities to begin on our move-in date, and made other arrangements based on that approval. Nearly a week later, we unexpectedly received a text stating that our approval was being reversed and that our deposit would be refunded. We were later informed that the lease had not been countersigned by management and therefore was not considered active. What was especially frustrating was the communication. When I reached out to the property manager, I was told they did not know the reason for the denial and could only direct me to the applications department. Despite emailing and calling the applications department, I have struggled to obtain a timely written explanation for why our approval was reversed after we had already signed the lease and paid our deposit. I understand that apartment communities have screening procedures, but those should be completed before applicants are told they are approved, asked to sign a lease, and encouraged to move forward with making significant commitments. Having an approval reversed after taking those steps while preparing for an interstate move created an incredible amount of stress and uncertainty. I hope management reviews its communication and approval process so future applicants don't experience the same situation.

It has taken me a while to post this because I wanted to take the time to allow the emotional dust…read moreto settle in my mind. We purchased a new home with the contingency that our home would sell. With Nancy's help buyers were found and the process was underway. We knew there were repairs needed to our house, but were waiting to see what the lender required. Nancy then helped us by contacting the contractors we needed to do the repair work. Because of her experience with them, knowing their work, we breezed through that part of the process. The house was ready and the closing date, November 26th, was set. The agency/agent the buyers of our house were using did not get paperwork in on time and the closing date was delayed. In the meantime we were packed and ready to move. We had all of our help lined out. I had contacted all the utilities, (electric, gas, trash, mail, etc.), to the new house. Then we were told it would be another week. Living out of boxes, that closing date came and went. Three weeks later and after multiple delays the incompetency of our buyers lender was finally too much. Nancy suggested to them the lender we used, Sarah Stephens of Legacy Hills Lending, Inc.. She was fantastic, she completed the loan for them in seven days and we finally closed the 23rd of December. Our friends who we had lined out multiple times to help us move were gracious and came when we needed them and we are finally in our new house. Four different closing dates, living out of boxes for a month, multiple interactions with utilities, and the frustration of multiple closing dates. Nancy was a rock. She fought our battles for us and worked tirelessly through each situation as it came. In all, it was Nancy that made this happen. Without her we would have lost our new home.

She was very Organized and we could tell going with her to Sell & then Buy another house would be handled with complete ease. After seeing how she interacted with my Husband & I , my sister was wanting to sell her home in Salem and Buy in Lebanon I gave her Nancy Number she made it all happen and was Hard a work making the whole process smooth and completely Organized for my sister & Brother in Law. My sister swears by her and says they will recommend her to everyone and they will use no one else ever. We still have our N Albany house and when we are ready We also will use no one else but Nancy and her team. If you are looking for and outstanding Agent Nancy is it for sure. "

My name is Chuck Miller, a Certified Real Estate Coach for over 20 years. Rarely do I come across…read morean agent like Tammy Morrison from Town & Country Realty in Corvallis, Or. From the very beginning when my wife, Addie and I made our decision to move to Oregon to be close to our family, Tammy has been the best agent I could of ever asked for. She is not only attentive to our questions, but but set up a website for active lisings in the 3 cities we chose and always made contact to what we liked or disliked for almost 6 months. Tammy's communication skills are the best of any agent I have Coached. When we flew to Portland, rented our car and drove to Corvallis, Tammy had 6 homes picked out for us to view. We chose our forever home in Albany and the neighbors as well as the neighborhood are both fantastic. Anyone searching for a Professional Agent that listens to your needs and works with both Buyers and Sellers should call Town & Country today and ask for Tammy Morrison. I assure you, there are none better than her. Regards, Chuck & Addie Miller

Thank you, Joni! The home you found us in Corvallis is perfect. Our experience with Joni Berry at Town & Country Realty has been outstanding. Joni took the time to get to know us and understand exactly what we wanted in a home. And then worked hard on our behalf to find the perfect home for us. Additionally, Joni has been a great partner after the sale. She went above and beyond to connect us with all the services we needed to make sure we feel like a member of the Corvallis community. If you are considering a home purchase in Corvallis, my recommendation would be to call Joni. She'll find you a home that is just right for you and make the entire experience pleasant and stress free.
