Any issues or concerns that I may have, regarding dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc.. Anything. Shirley gets it fixed asap. I have lived in PMP properties for almost a decade, now. And the above issues do not happen often. Maybe once for each of the mentioned appliance above, in the last decade. But things do happen., and break over time even when properly used. And they need to be fixed. So it is important for me to know that my home, is working properly, for me, my wife & my 2 year old son. Having that peace of mind is everything. Our home is not just a place to live, eat & sleep. It is our sanctuary. And Shirley & the PMP team, make it possible. Thank you, Shirley. Thank you, PMP Team.

I thought that is the way Property Management is, so I just tolerated it. Now, I am very happy... I appreciate the Prime Metro Property Management team. After I switched my property management to Prime Metro to take care of my rentals, I sleep well and enjoy life more. The reason is: Prime Metro Property management teams take good care of my properties like taking care of their own homes. Any maintenance issues, Henry attends the maintenance site in person, diagnoses the problems, discusses with me and hires and supervises the maintenance guy to do a good job. I had mold problems in one of my houses, Henry's team all participated and resolved the problem in a very organized manner. All works are done in a timely manner. When I need a painting job in one of my buildings, Henry met with the painting company and discussed what needs to be done. And he refers a good company to do the job. Since I am not able to travel, I am more than happy that Prime Metro takes over and takes good cares of my properties. In addition, Henry's has a very professional management teams, they are prompt handling issues. They are attentive, thorough, and efficient. More importantly, Prime Metro's portal website is very organized, thorough, and 100% visible to me. Prime Metro, you do an excellent job! I highly recommend you to any home owners who needs a good property management.

The entire AGC team is incredible. My wife and I did a full gut remodel/rebuild on a 1912 house in…read moreSan Francisco. We took the entire house down to the studs and then moved and replaced all the studs. To say we were terrified is a complete understatement. We talked to several GC's, and were referred to Aaron Gordon by our architect. He stood out from the start, and there was really no question who we'd go with after meeting with him and running through his process. He broke down and explained every aspect of the project, and priced out the entire thing in advance. And this wasn't a rough ballpark quote like you get from most GCs, it was down to every detail. We were always in the loop on every aspect of the project. We had bi-weekly onsite check ins, and they provided weekly summaries of work completed and what was on the schedule for the coming week. We were never in the dark. Most importantly, I am happy to say now that the project is over, there were no surprises, and they finished on time and on budget (slightly below actually). That's quite an accomplishment considering the scope of work involved. Their quality is top notch, and the entire team is 100% professional. Not to mention they are just genuinely really good people. They would repeatedly go above and beyond what's expected. Just as one example (to which there are many), right when we moved in we tried to start garbage service through Recology and have bins sent to our house. Unfortunately Recology was hacked and their systems were down for weeks. We had nowhere to put our garbage, so the AGC team swung by several weeks in a row to literally pick up our personal garbage, just as a courtesy until we finally got bins sent to us. I could rattle off countless examples, but I just wanted to highlight the level of service they provide. I was flat out impressed at how they conducted themselves both professionally and personally. This whole thing could have been so stressful, but the team ensured it never got to that point. I dare say it was even enjoyable. It was amazing to watch our home transform knowing it was in good hands. I have zero hesitation recommending them to anyone starting a new project. They are as good as it gets, and they will be our go to for all our future needs. So happy we were referred to AGC.

Working with Aaron Gordon and his team on our remodel was delightful. Yes, you read that right, working with a contractor on a construction project in San Francisco was an absolute delight. The craftsmanship is high-quality, the process was extraordinarily well-managed and the communication was continuous. Our down-to-the-studs remodel was completed on time and on budget and we couldn't be happier with the result! I attribute this to the culture of his team, relationships with vendors and craftspeople, weekly (sometimes more) communication with us, a detailed estimate, expert project planning, and the ability to manage unexpected things that come up. After we finished a previous project I swore I would never embark on another large construction endeavor but the prospect of working with AGC again has me reconsidering :)

It's a tougher decision than you might think as we quickly found out, so when we met with Daniel at our home we knew right away it was going to be the right fit. He was not only kind and insightful, he was also very upfront about expectations in regards to what kind of selling price we could realisticly expect, the timeline from beginning to sale, and noted some ideas to help us improve the value of the home in what he noted was a slightly down market compared to the last few years. Yali and Daniel are a great team and Yali really took the lead in regards to design ideas and small renovations that could really provide good value for us in a tougher market. She even nixed some other ideas that she thought wouldn't provide much return and saved us some money and time which was truly appreciated. Yali was on top of the renovations and the schedule, providing us daily updates while we were out of the country and really kept our minds at ease. I can't tell you how comforting it was to receive updates and photos of progress considering you're a 16 hour plane flight away, it was so appreciated! Once the house hit the market, Daniel was in frequent communication with us about every offer and kept us in the loop about the craziness of these offers and what would eventually be the sale bid. He fought for us for every detail and dollar like someone representing you should, we felt like we were definitely represented well. Overall I would highly recommend Yali & Daniel if you're looking for a realistic broker team who will not give you expectations that can't be matched by the market they deal everyday in. It was an amazing experience and even with the market being what it was, after a few weeks of showings we ended up getting an offer that was slightly better than our expectations. They are a great duo and we walked away from the whole process knowing we made the right decision in hiring a real estate team who cared about us not only as clients but as friends. Highly recommend!

Is San Francisco real estate so competitive no one needs to follow up on leads?…read more The property posted on their window drew me in; it was modest and well-priced. Unfortunately it'd gone into contract. I left my name and number if it fell out of contract. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming and confusing for anyone; for us, recently moving from Europe to a market as crazy as San Francisco, it felt nearly impossible. David was instrumental in guiding us, without ever putting any pressure, to ultimately buy a home with full confidence, and at a ridiculous speed (less than a week from first viewing to offer!). David has several important qualities that we really appreciated throughout the whole process. Above all, we valued his patience, respect, and willingness to understand what was really important to us. He went beyond the 'core home specs' of price/size/rooms but really sought to understand the life we wanted to create in our future home. This also meant being creative, thinking outside the box, and showing us options that challenged our 'inexperienced' views, which we greatly valued because we identified priorities we had initially overlooked. As an SF native, he helped us think beyond the right home and about the right location in terms of proximity to schools, parks, and other amenities critical to living happily when potentially buying a home. Another rare quality that we really appreciated is his honesty when assessing a home. It's natural for homebuyers (especially first-time) to sometimes think irrationally or emotionally, whether getting too attached to some random home feature (not important at all in hindsight) or wanting to make rushed decisions out of frustration. In all these situations, David's extensive experience in the SF market and working with many clients like us proved critical. He was always upfront and gave honest assessments of whether a place was a good fit or not, not just in the 'now', but in the long term. One key quality we didn't fully appreciate until it mattered was David's reputation in the real estate industry and among other agents. Mention David at any viewing or to any seller's agent, and everyone has only positive experiences to share. This is critical because, in a competitive market, finding the right home isn't the only challenge; winning in a likely bidding situation is the real hurdle. That's where relationships matter, and David's reputation as a trustworthy, honest, and high-quality realtor makes all the difference. Shout out also to David's team, who were available 24/7 for anything, be it a last-minute viewing or digging through disclosures late into the night. In fact, the team's value goes beyond purchasing a home. They support any post-home need you can ever imagine - from connecting us to insurance brokers, utilities, and financial institutions, to literally any specialist or tradesman you might need. We couldn't recommend David and his team more. He's an incredible agent and an amazing person. Thank you!

Curious, I decided to read them because I wanted to know the reason behind the less than stellar rating. I must be getting old because I can't believe people can't believe...... Here is what I know to be true. I live peacefully with my kids in my pretty house they manage. I don't bother them. They don't bother me. I pay my rent every month on time. They accept it. Actually, I take that back. One month? My mom passed away. They had to call me on the 8th to ask where my rent was. She passed on the 31st. I told them. They were incredibly compassionate , sincere, sent me a separate email expressing this, waived late fee, just kind. This actually is above and beyond. They are fast when there is a problem. I've literally had only one. There was maintenance here the next day. Fixed. Before I am accused of being a paid reviewer, a friend of the realty, or an IDK what? I'm not.
