I'd like to go ahead and preface this review that I wouldn't be leaving a review had the dentist (Dr. Adam Spriggs) not wasted my time. I wasted my time, and mileage, and having my husband take a half-day of work in order to be home with our children so I could go to my cleaning with my new dentist, who I was so excited to start care with. However, that's not what happened. I called a few times and asked a bunch of questions in regard to the type of care I was looking to receive, including a cleaning with NO fluoride (a registered neurotoxin), and was told that wouldn't be an issue. I made my appointment and was emailed my patient care forms and immediately filled them out around August 15th, 2023. Today, the day of my appointment is October 5th, 2023. I waited for this appointment, and while everyone was friendly, and that's appreciated - having my time wasted isn't. The Dr decided to have a meet-n-greet, and I said the same thing I said in my patient forms - I want a dentist who is honest and won't string me along and play games, especially where my teeth and money are concerned. Now, again, while I appreciate his honesty in saying we're not going to be a good fit (because I don't want fluoride, and he pushes fluoride) and not having me do x-rays and all that for a service not rendered - he could have absolutely done this appointment *over the phone*. He had more than ample time to "review my paperwork" and get in contact with me - instead of making me wait over 7 weeks that I could have spent waiting to get my cleaning elsewhere! Now, I've not only wasted my time, but I have to get back onto a waiting list for another dentist in order to get my teeth cleaned. I regret having listed them as a recommendation to over a dozen people and multiple mom groups on social media. Not cool of them to play the very game I asked them not to play (as in wasting my time). I know they're newer, as I'm guessing they took over for Dr. Brown - but this isn't the way to obtain new patients. read more

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel like I need to warn people. I saw both dentists, Dr. Spriggs and Dr. Nolan. Husband and wife dentistry couple, very nice couple, nice hygienists, BUT I would never recommend going here. Was recommended several fillings, and I had half of them filled despite being unsure of the sheer amount I "needed." During the fillings, I expressed my high anxiety towards fillings, and I tried to warn them the numbing was wearing off. They did not give me more numbing before drilling into a nerve, of which I whimpered and he finally stopped. My teeth are so sensitive I haven't been able to eat on that side since. I went to get a second opinion, and they said they didn't see any cavities on the other side, and from my x rays I only had one rather than the 4 they filled, let alone the 7 they suggested. The reviews are misleading since they just bought the practice 6 months ago. Fine for cleaning your teeth, but they are drill happy. read more

Clayton Smiles is an excellent office. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Both dentists are excellent. I have been terrified of dentists, but Dr Dolin has been so gentle and understanding so I'm not a basket case when I have to go there. I highly recommend them. read more

Been going there since 2005. Some faces have changed but the service hasn't.Always been professional courteous and kind. I love they have their own insurance and don't have to deal with third parties just to find out that after work is done that's not covered everything here is upfront highly recommend. read more

Dr. Stephanie Brown and her entire staff are fantastic!! Our son has been going to Clayton Smiles for over 10 years and they have always treated him so well and taken wonderful care of him. Whether it was a 6 month check up or fixing a horribly chipped tooth they have been wonderful. My husband had a very painful tooth emergency, his schedule is absolutely crazy as he travels non stop and they were so kind (Kathy at the front desk is awesome) and offered to "work him in" and ended up staying late to help him. My husband came home and said that he loves Clayton Smiles!! He said he has never been to a friendlier, more professional dental office! Our family would without a doubt recommend Dr. Brown & her staff!!! read more

Having spent over $10,000 and still do not have a smile with which I'm comfortable, having been told stains couldn't be removed & then told by hygienist they could, having been told my temporary was a permanent when I asked if it could be redone, my trust slowly eroded enough that I sought a 2nd opinion with another dentist. I only wish I had gone to my new dentist first to get the care I truly needed. The staff at Clayton Smiles is very pleasant and Dr. Brown couldn't be nicer. I would highly recommend for basic dentistry but not for anything extensive. It's a shame since initially they really did put me at ease. read more

After moving south with my husband, we were in need of a new dentist. I must say that Clayton Smiles is the best dental practice we have ever been. They do such a thorough job cleaning and Dr. Brown is always on top of the latest medical research in her field. The office staff are extremely friendly and very accomodating.
