However whoever worked on it seen the brakes was getting hot. Took it upon himself to "investigate" and pressed the calipers back and greased them up. That's nice right...... Brakes 101 tells you after pressing the calipers you pump up the brakes to gain back pressure in the caliper not toss the keys back to the customer. Yeah needless to say my step dad backs out with no brakes and smashes in to my mom's new truck. What people do you have working on these cars. If they don't have a clue about brakes or any other mechanical issues then don't touch it. Of course they offered no help and no responsibility to it. Steer clear of these people.

This week I'm updating this review to say we had to take red car back to RCE after a symptom returned and we feared its previous repair wasn't adequate. RCE (this time Randy) and his tech spent a good amount of time analyzing and assessing and had a couple of long discussions with me before and after to explain everything.
