My car was towed there. They had it for almost 3 weeks with little to no communication with me. Each time I called, Chris in service told me they were "short", "they had a guy quit last week" and they were going to look at it tmw and he would call. (He didn't). Took my truck in to have wiper switch replaced. The switch would not turn wipers off. It would do this randomly. Manger said tech could not duplicate issue. They then proceeded to do diagnostics on motor without my consent. I told them when I dropped off truck to replace switch. Finally they did what I requested. The invoice reflected cost to do diagnostics and shop supplies that ramped up the cost from what should have been around $ 250 to $360. This dealer has lost a customer who had done business there for over 30 years. What a damn shame! I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to that dealer. Don't go here unless you can be without your car for 10 days. Had my car 10 days for a 30 minute repair. No compassion for the fact I had no car, was fixed under warranty so offed me nothing for having it so long, including an apology. Was told they were really busy! Ten day to fix a car is ridiculous. They were unwilling to put in a more expensive part - had to wait for them to get cheaper part from warehouse which took 2 days! Would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! read more
