I didn't want a detail but the salesman insisted it was required for all new vehicles to leave the lot. Fast forward to my first oil change. Walk into the front door(same door I dropped it off at for the detail) I'm told to go around the side to the double glass doors. That's fine. I go to the side of the building through the double glass doors and I'm met by an extremely rude employee telling me I walked past the service bay. A single roll up door. No double glass doors. They direct me and I walk in to drop off my keys and I'm told by another rude employee I need to wait to drop off my keys and he will NOT take them. Not a single person waiting around. Okay I've never had to wait for a drop off but whatever. It takes 20 minutes for someone to direct me into the service area where the only thing I have to do is give my name and hand the keys in! It took me over a half hour to DROP OFF my car for an oil change. Worst dealership experience I've ever had.

This week I'm updating this review to say we had to take red car back to RCE after a symptom returned and we feared its previous repair wasn't adequate. RCE (this time Randy) and his tech spent a good amount of time analyzing and assessing and had a couple of long discussions with me before and after to explain everything. They didn't charge us because the symptom was related to its earlier saga. We feel more confident than ever RCE will take care of us.
