The gentleman that detailed my car was extremely friendly, but the detail job itself was subpar. The final job looked like something we could have done ourselves. For the price, I am beyond disappointed. On top of that, the $200 price didn't even include washing the outside of the car. The inside of the car looks dull and lackluster. After a full detail, I expect my car to be shining like new. We are about to get some Armorall to finish the job ourselves. And we're taking it to get the outside washed. Please find another detail shop. This place isn't worth it. read more

I would give this place a 0 . I decided to make an appointment because I saw some good reviews here . So I called to schedule an appointment with Benjamin who told me they had an available appointment for Monday at 5 pm . I accepted the appointment via text message . Monday comes and I get a text from Benjamin at 11:16 am saying that his guys were running behind for the day if I could reschedule for Tuesday ( today ) . I agreed to reschedule for 5 pm Tuesday . It's now Tuesday and I'm on my way to my appointment well his old business address is listed so I get there and I can't find the place . Got a text from Benjamin at 5:05 pm asking if I was still coming ? I texted back immediately saying I was having trouble finding the place . I ended up calling him to see what's going on he then informed he had a new business address which isn't listed so he texted me the new address which was almost 10 mins from where I was I had to get back on the freeway going in the opposite direction . Why not inform a new customer of your address update beforehand ? . Just completely unprofessional. I finally get there there's no signs listed at the place it looks like an auto shop I pull in visibly annoyed because of the unprofessionalism . And in turn Instead of being apologetic he gets an attitude and had an arrogant tone . So I decided not to get the service for 280.00 I can go somewhere my money and time is valued and appreciated rather than deal with unprofessionalism and a bunch guys hanging around at a shop . Don't recommend coming here ! Go spend your money elsewhere ! read more

You make it seem like you did me a favor I paid you for the sloppy work you did. Headliner wasn't even cleaned. Drips all over the leather seats. Windows smeared with armor all or whatever you sprayed on the dash. Didn't wash the truck then when I asked what happened to the wash. You said you wouldn't tell me you would include the wash with an interior cleaning. Backtracked after I told you to check your messages. Told me come back Monday for a wash then texted me and told me come in on another day cause you where behind. Regardless I wasn't taking it back. I cut my losses and moved on Also you didn't charge me for the headlights because you over sanded them messed them both up and blamed it on them already being damaged. If they where previously damaged why not stop and call me after doing one. I trusted your business and it didn't work out. It happens but I have no ill will towards you or your business. Just giving a review on work I received. Which was terrible. Trust me I won't be coming back and definitely will not recommend anyone. I take it as a lesson learned and leave it at that read more

Business kind of unprofessional from the initial call seemed a little unorganized made an appointment with me then call me right back to reschedule for me to come in immediately which I feel is really an inconvenience I would never go back to this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone that likes to do professional business. I'd give more stars if I could to this hard working young business man. I read some yelp reviews, as I do to get a feel for a place. I gave Benjamin a call; he didn't pick up !! But, within 15 seconds he called back and apologized for missing my call ! That's customer focused! We agreed on Saturday morning at 9am for a detailed clean inside and out on my 2016 RAV4. It was a mess from hauling crap all over during my house move. He was waiting for me at 9am at his place. He offered me a ride home but I already had one. Oops, I hit post too soon so here's the rest. He spent all day meticulously cleaning and polishing everything. The result was a car that looked new. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for in this world. Benjamin appreciated me and the work I brought him. This young man is working very hard to make his living and I appreciate him. Seriously, someone spilled about half a gallon of clam chowder in my new car. They made a small effort to clean it. I didn't know and about three days later I got in my car and it smelled like the devil took a sh!t inside. It was the worst smell imaginable. Seriously was debating ripping seat and carpet out of this year old car and replacing them. On a last ditch effort I took the car to this place. Holy crap! Got it back after about two hours and it was like new! 99 % of smell was gone and everything looked like new. Going to take it back later in the week so he can put a deionizer inside for a few hours to get the last tiny bit of smell out. SERIOUSLY impressed!! Can't describe what a great job this guy did! My clumsy self spilled a whole cup of coffee (with creamer) on my driver seat. I knew it was time to get the interior detailed because my other seats needed love too. A bottle of armor all exploded in my back seat. HE WAS ABLE TO GET MOST OF IT OUT. It also wasn't drying fast (because it was cold outside) and he offered to steam it for me as a courtesy. I called to schedule an appointment yesterday and was able to get it in today. I got my seats detailed and I was really impressed with his work! I wish I would of took before and after pics because it was seriously night and day! I have tan seats and omg they're a nightmare mostly when you have kids! So it was a hot mess! I was really disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism- I was excited when I saw the ratings and I noticed one negative rating attributing that to other factors however sadly I am here to the agree with the negative review. I called Friday afternoon for a Saturday appointment. He stated he was free at 9 and it will take 6-7 hours because he takes his time and I received a text confirmation of the appointment as well. When I arrived at 9am no one was there, I waited for 20 minutes. I called and it rang once and went to voicemail. I texted no response. I drove into Stockton for this appointment and was extremely disappointed in lack of communication and the fact that no one ever showed up. Hopefully my review helps the owner understand the importance of treating customers with respect and this never happens to anyone else again. read more
