Honestly this is a 2 star for me but I'm showing grace because I'm a car guy and normally do this work myself. For $275 I expected a lot more quality. The main request was smoke/odor removal which didn't work after interior shampoo and two deodorizing treatments. I ended dousing it with two big bottles of chemical guys deodorant air freshener to get rid of the smell. Then to wipe some of the spray off the seats I used a wet rag. I was shocked how much dirt I pulled out of the seats. Dirty water photo attached. Then I realized the seatbelts were never touched. Picture of rag attached. There were also a lot of missed details that bothered me like the margins on the air vents and seatbelt housing. Both had easily spotted dirt on them that took seconds to remove. For the amount of time I ended up spending on it I should have just done it myself and saved $275. read more

This guy only washed my car. No interior detailing done in any way. Nothing. And I even tipped the kid. I'm livid. If I wanted a wash, I would've gone through the damn car wash at the gas station. Do better. Provide the services you preach. I've called several times and have not gotten a response back yet. Jesus knows who I am. Jesus did one hell of a job performing paint correction and ceramic coating on my car. The team worked almost half a day removing all the swirls , water spots/ stains, and scratches. After it was done, the car came out spotless. Paint came back to live,... car is very shiny and glossy. I was speechless, car looks spanking brand new!! Water spots, scratches, swirls, etc all gone!! Mind you my car was on none op for 2yrs, The paint was so bad I was hoping i won't have to redo the painted. However this is my first time I ever had correction and ceramic be done on my car. To start, the Jeeps interior was very dirty. I had just bought it and got a good deal due to it's condition. I didn't mind the dirt so much, it's an off-road truck, it's going to get dirty. But I want to start off the Jeeps new life with my wife and I, clean. I have never used a service for detailing any of my cars over the years. This was new to me and maybe I expected too much. I didn't expect the paint to come back from +20 years of neglect or the door dings to magically be repaired, but I did expect all the dirt to be gone. Expectations only lead to disappoint, as the phrase goes. I got the mid-size SUV full detail with engine bay add on. Jesus was prompt and kept me advised of his approximate 8am arrival time. I gave him the keys and headed off to work. He wrapped up around noon. I walked around the truck and was impressed with the transformation. Remember, the truck was a mess. I pulled the Jeep into the driveway and into direct sun. That's when the details came apparent. Don't get me wrong, the Jeep is 90% better than before. This is just about the last 10% that could have been done better. The passenger side and rear exterior still has the drops like someone sprayed it with a soda bottle. I don know what it is but it does come off with a little work. See picture before and where I cleaned the passenger side of the rear window. Also, you can see the driver door panel is much better, but still has dirt in the groves and rocker panel. Trash left in the rear driver side door handle. The wheels still had dirt in them. The engine bay looked great. The seats were wet but dried and looked good. This was a big job. Maybe I shouldn't expect ALL the dirt to be gone. Maybe I should have moved the jeep into the sun and inspected it before I approved. Just my $0.02. read more

Called them on short notice and luckily someone cancelled and I was able to take their spot. He was thorough and did a great job. Super respectful and had great professionalism. He has all his own equipment except for water which wasn't an issue for my needs. Car was pretty dirty outside due to the recent storms but he did a great job cleaning it and getting it back to looking new. Can't express how impressed I was with his work ethic and professionalism. If I could give them a 0 star I would. they did a horrible job on my car. They didn't cleaned my car thoroughly and couldnt removed most of the stains I had. overcharged me for a car that came out almost looking the same when they first started. Also they also used something to clean my dashboard which came out the same and more scratched up instead and when I inspected my vehicle there were still all dusty around the door jams. Overall, it was an extremely bad experience with them and I will never ever work with them again. read more
