Moved to a new house and needed a huge change to my yard. this team know there job well. They did a wonderful job and there is no one happier then me right now!! the equipment they use is mainly solar powered so there is no loud noise, which is great to keep good relation with your neighbors. These guys are fantastic and will come to any area of town (we live up near Mountain Island Lake). They offer a truly "set it and forget it" service and most of the time you won't even know they're out mowing because they use a quiet electric mower! They also do fertilizing at the right times of year. The only downside is the weeds killer they use is "green" and while it won't kill grass, it takes several applications to kill weeds. I'm not sure they offer a shrub clipping service; we always did our own. It was always so nice to come home to a freshly mowed lawn, and when they fertilize they're always good about leaving a note so you know not to water the grass too soon. Terrible experience. Billing mistakes, calls not returned, service stopped and no one called to explain. Finally talked with the president who just said "sorry". Things really tanked after local owner Phil left town. The lawn care business is too competitive to put up with bad customer service. Lots of local owners who care. I'm willing to make sacrifices for the environment but not on customer service. I'm done. read more
