There are no off putting odors, there aren't any cobwebs strewn around, everything is tidy and well organized. When it comes to livestock and to include plants, the tanks are crystal clear, the livestock is vibrant and healthy, and again...just perfectly maintained. You can absolutely tell that the owner and all the employees take great pride and love in what they do. All the employees are not only approachable but very informative and honest. Just really good, down to earth people doing what they love. I hadn't been into the store in over 6 months because my dog was on prescription food and when I came back they knew my dog, what he used to eat and asked how he was doing! Very helpful, friendly and they keep their prices very competitively. I have probably spent a couple of hours over the last few years chit chatting with the staff and owner about various topics. They know their stuff, reptiles, birds, dogs etc.. Highly recommended!!

If you can't be honest about the well-being of the animals in your care, that's a serious problem. I would never recommend this pet store to anyone who wants to buy an animal or trusts them to provide accurate, safe information for pet owners. The animals--and their future families--deserve better.
