We were looking for a deep clean to help us "reset" the house so we could handle the upkeep. Jessika completely exceeded our expectations. Elite Home Cleaners provides an average service. They had great communication about appointment…read moreconfirmations and addressed safety precautions with COVID-19, but we had an issue where one of the cleaners did not wear a mask. I will say that most of their cleaners showed up in a mask, except for one, and when we did address the issue with the owner she was very apologetic and informed me that this was not standard practice. There was an issue with the oven not being cleaned as requested, but they addressed that as well, and had one of the cleaners sent out that following week to clean it. Unfortunately, it wasn't done well. My only issue with the follow-up was that they sent the same cleaning tech that we complained about to clean the oven. Personally, I felt that was very inconsiderate, both for us and the cleaning tech. A different person should have been assigned to us, and when I was made aware of that because my husband was in attendance for the cleaning and not me, I reported that through their customer service survey, and received no follow-up or response. The pricing for the service is relatively affordable, but definitely not the quality we were expecting. I'd recommend going with a different cleaning service or ask for friend/family recommendations.

I really appreciate that Elite let me tell them my budget, then worked with me to figure out a plan within that range. Generally they are good about sending the same person to clean my house, and on the occasion they send someone different, the usual result is just that the clean takes a little longer, for which I've never been charged extra. I've worked with solo home cleaners in the past, and really appreciate the reliability and professionalism of the service Elite provides!
