We hired this company to clean our house before we move in. Since it is a big house they told us they are going to send us a crew of 4 and they estimated that it will take about 24 man hours to clean. I also specifically asked for the cleaning cloths to be changed between different areas and they assured me on the phone that they alway do that. What I observed was completely different ( for example they used the same cloth to clean the bathtub and the outside of the appliances. After I complained about their quality of work they offered to stay free of change to fix it. It took 1.5hr extra to fix what they have missed ( which can tell you it was not just few items). This morning I found out my son had gotten up at like 6 am and started doing crafts on his own before anyone else was awake... Then I found that one of the results of his work was spilling almost a full bottle of craft paint on the living room carpet. RED craft paint, and over a pretty large area. I don't know how long it had been sitting there before I saw it but it was pretty much dry. I freaked out, not having any idea how to get it out. I had the teensiest bit of store carpet cleaner and I sprayed it to see if I could do anything but as soon as I touched it the paint started to spread. I immediately contacted A Man With a Dustpan and even though he had the day off with some family activities scheduled, THE man with the dustpan, Paul, was here within a half an hour with his truck and went to work. He was very honest over the phone and once he first saw the stain, that because it was red and so deep and so much of it he may not be able to get it all out but he was going to give it his best shot. Almost immediately after he started on it I could see that it was working. He spent at least 45 minutes putting some serious elbow grease into working on this paint and I cannot explain how ecstatic I am to say that there is literally zero remnant of red paint anywhere on my carpet. Paul is so kind and genuine and upfront about everything and he was also just completely relentless when going after this stain. I can't thank him enough. Not only is he extremely reasonably priced, but he also absolutely saved me hundreds of dollars because I would have had to replace my living room carpet had this not worked. I found Man With a Dustpan on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Paul Jones is the owner and was very professional and easy to work with. He and another employee cleaned my condo and they did an excellent job. They are very hard working and are there to get the job done. The condo shined and smelled so fresh after they left. He readied the place for a new tenant and she was so thrilled she is going to use his service again. He is totally trustworthy, answers phone calls promptly, makes appointments and keeps them and has excellent communication. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.
