There was a mix-up the first time and they did the basic pet treatment. But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the hassle, which I really appreciated. Both times the techs were pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated that, prior to treatment, they used a black light to thoroughly assess the problem. One thing to know is that the smell can actually get worse for a few days after deep enzyme cleaning (which really surprised me!). Keeping the windows closed at first, then airing out, running two air purifiers on turbo, and vacuuming thoroughly really helped. Vacuuming is so important because it lifts leftover VOC particles that cause "ghost smell" even after enzyme treatment. I also used an odor powder (Rocco & Roxie) over the carpet, left it for 24 hours, then vacuumed again. Blocking off the area with aluminum foil and barriers helped stop my cat from re-marking the same spots too. In the end, Citrus Fresh helped me save my carpet. I'd recommend them -- just know to stick with it, ask for the advanced treatment and be patient if you have a tough pet mess like mine!

I just need dusting done living room dining room, and explained that my house cleaning was being done but dusting was not something we were able to get to because I live so close to quarry when they blast I always have a fine layer of dust covering everything so when I called, they answered right away and their prices were real reasonable however, I couldn't get the quarries blasting dates so I never did get the dusting accomplished before company arrived . But they were really nice on the phone I will remember them next time I am backlogged with housework I cannot accomplish. Eddie and Natalie are wonderful folks to work with and they provide absolutely top-notch service from start to finish. I've had them clean some rooms at my house on two separate occasions and was very impressed with their friendly customer service, punctuality, and the quality of their work each time. I recently called Natalie needing an emergency cleaning before an unexpected visit from friends and she managed to squeeze an me in within two days. I felt bad for calling them at the 11th hour and requesting their services, but Natalie was more than happy to work with my schedule. I knew that they did great work from my past experience with them and I didn't want to give my business to anyone else. They're locals and they're awesome and they pay attention to even the smallest details involved with running a great business. I really appreciate the fact that Eddie remembered me from his previous visit almost a year ago. He's the epitome of professionalism and is always courteous. He got right to work once I showed him the rooms that needed cleaning and was very efficient in taking care of my carpets.
