I was charged $11.99 and received $8.01 credit which is not enough. I complained to the attendant and she said the extra $1.99 is for a new card!! So I, in front of her, used the card newly obtained and added $10 more; I WAS CHARGED $11.99 AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT GET A NEW CARD. Next stop; LA Consumer Affairs!
