First of all, there needs to be a machine that accepts ATM cards to give coins. In this day and age, you shouldn't have to bring in cash to get the quarters to use the machines. Secondly, I filled up an entire machine only to find out that it was out of order after I filled it up, many of their machines are out of order, and someone should come by every day to check every machine and put an out of order sign on the machine before a customer loads the machine, not realizing that it's out of order. Secondly, how about providing some paper towels, how about providing just a few simple things like 90% of the other laundromats do. Especially if you're going to charge $5.50 for the cheapest cycle to wash your clothes. And that doesn't include the price of drying. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in over 25 years, unfortunately, we have been currently displaced from our home. So we're back to using a laundromat , This is my third time coming here because it's close to the hotel or we're staying , it's pretty safe unfortunately I've put in money into three different washers and they don't work, no one is here to supervise so I could not get my money back. I tried calling the number that's on the wall never received any call back or a text. A lot of the washers and dryers are not working . Around 9 o'clock to men did come to clean. This laundry facility is managed by a very nice and helpful couple. I have been using their services for the past 3 years. It's a great place to do your laundry or to drop off your blankets, pillows, comforters, clothes, towels,carpets and more for wash and fold service. Everything comes back clean, neatly folded, and organized in clear plastic bags for either pickup or delivery to your home. read more

Wash is $3.25 per load, Dryer is 25cents per 6 minutes. This place is dirty and most of the machines are out of order (dryer & washers). One of the machines had water at the bottom without a sign, so some of my clothes took a pre dunk There's no public restroom, and WiFi was listed on the website; but looks to be password protected. Plenty of parking, coin machine inside, and Bank of America next door if you need cash. If you have to, it's not bad, but man this place is gross. read more

This place has gone downhill, 11 machines down 6 of them were dryers and 5 wash machines 2 of those are the jumbo machines. Places was clean but super outdated. read more

So, there are 9 washers broken, and the rest are all dirty. It's alright for a quick fix in an emergency, but not if you're doing your laundry regularly at a laundromat. I wouldn't really suggest this place; I mean, who even picks those countertops. read more

Not too sure how this laundry mat is so highly rated. It's barely up to standards with multiple oversized washers out of order. It's not the cleanest of laundromats, but I guess in this area there aren't many so I can see why it's highly rated. It's going to serve the purpose of my one load of laundry that I need to do in a pinch as I am on my way to somewhere in this location definitely will not be back. Could definitely use a digital upgrade maybe even new ownership to get with the times of laundromats and utilizing Apple Pay or credit cards instead of coins that are so incredibly dirty. read more

Took my laundry in a few weeks ago to give this location a try and I was very impressed. The price of $1.50 per pound is very reasonable. Everything was ready within 24 hours. Everything was cleaned well and nicely folded. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area, I'd suggest you give them a try. read more

Our dryer is on the fritz so finding a laundromat became a necessity. My last go-to closed down so I took a shot on Aloha. They share a small parking lot with other businesses (could be tricky depending on what time you go). The times I've been it's always been early morning so parking has never been an issue for me. There are coin machines in the back by the fluff & fold service area if you need quarters. There's a soap machine by the font left if you need to purchase soap for your loads. There are plenty of washers on both sides of the inside (with the bigger ones on the left). Wall of dryers on the right are a quarter for 8 minutes (I usually need 2-3 quarters to get fully dry). The times I've been here the workers and other customers have been mindful and respectful. One time I came and there were a couple of machines out of order. I returned not long after and they were fixed so it looks like they're attentive when addressing complaints (always a good sign). read more

You know I wasn't going to write a review because it affects the business but when your uncomfortable washing because the employees are making you uncomfortable and you say hey I'm going to ignore the fact but come on yelp and see other negative reviews about the same employees I have no choice... the negative review 3 years ago was me on my old yelp account 3 years later here I am I come and try to not even make eye contact with the fluff and fold lady for the same reason but now when her husband is making me feel uncomfortable it's beyond disturbing, mind you , he didn't work there 3 years ago he just started acouple years ago and I've been coming here for over 3 years before the fluff and fold lady worked there .. I'm literally sitting in my vehicle waiting for a parking space and the husband honks in his big white trunk to get my attention and tells me I can't park where I am !? Clearly I'm not parked I'm in my vehicle waiting for a space which was about to be cleared secondly he clearly just wanted to say something because A your not parking enforcement and B you had no business telling me anything I ignored the grown man and continued my laundry much more comfortable he had left as I finished I told the wife out of courtesy and as a consumer and a woman and she was non chalant about it I honestly wanna speak to the owner if you can contact me directly I'd appreciate it because I would hate to once again stop going there because of a person that supposed to make me feel welcome and safe I enjoy the laundromat it's clean it's convenient it's in a great area near my house but for some employees that clearly don't care would be a shame to stop giving you guys my business and share with friends and family that go there as well... read more

Half the machine are broken, dryers barely work. The cleaning crew shows up at 9 sharp and starts aggressive cleaning around you even though the place doesn't close till 10 PM. Definitely not recommended this place. read more

Above and beyond. Rebecca made all the difference folks. She's amazingly helpful, cordial and professional. She helped me with setting up the machine and the functions plus transferred my washed blankets to dryer, saving me an extra trip. She was even honest to return extra quarters I gave her. She didn't have to do that but nevertheless she helped. I'm definitely going back because of such service. Place was clean, variety of units for all your need and polite patrons. I needed to take my Queen size comforter to be washed. I was recommended there by a friend. I arrived early around 9 am and during the week. Parking was great but a very small lot, which has an Emergency Vet, so I know it would get crowded quickly and probably most of the day. I came in and was immediately greeted by a very nice and helpful young lady. I had not been in a laundry in many many years. I wanted to use an X-large washer, she told me the next size down would work best. I did bring my own detergent and dryer sheets though. You could buy both there if needed. It was $6.50 to wash. The dryer was much less. Aloha Laundry Mat, was clean, quiet, and if you'd rather, one could use their Fluff and Fold Service. I've been going to this laundry mat for over 8 years, it used to be called Casa de Laundry. This laundry mat was just recently sold so now it's called Aloha Coin Laundry. I love the name because I love Hawaii! The new owners put in new washers ($1.75) that are really nice but the water doesn't fill to the top so I just load the washer half way. Unless the washer has a sensor of how much clothes you put in and it will fill accordingly. I noticed that the hours on the window says open 6am-10pm. So one Sunday morning I got up at 5:45 so I can go there at 6 and the door was locked. It opens automatically if you push and pull it. So at 6:05, I tried pushing and pulling the door and it was still locked. I kept on pushing and pulling every 5 minutes and then, the door finally opens at 6:25. I'm so confused, Yelp says this place opens at 7am and the sign on the store says it opens at 6am. To play it safe, I'll just go between and 6 and 7 and go at 6:30 to avoid the frustration that I woke up early to do a tedious task of laundry and the laundry mat was closed. read more

I can clean my own lint trap! If you've ever suffered through a dryer that left more lint in your clothes than they went in with, you know this is a game changer! Went to Aloha for fluff/fold service and I was pleasantly surprised by their service. I had a big order and it was ready fairly quickly. When I picked it up, it was all neatly folded & packed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a big order I'll be sure to come here again. The only draw back is leaving the parking lot where your only option is turning right onto Ventura so plan your trip accordingly. read more

They also sell soap and everything you need here! The young lady that works here you are a life saver idk how to use any of the machines and she stayed to help me!
