I shared pictures of an incident on my social media sight. I wish I had those pics to post here also. Shortly after complaining to the Pro Grass company about their workers urinating behind the garage.. at least that's what it looked like... and the fact that when they turned around it was obvious they were putting Mr Winky back in his hiding place; anyway.. after that complaint they started blowing all the yard debris onto my front porch area. This is sooooo unprofessional. I would not recommend Pro Grass for any business especially if there are young.. and older.. children running around.. which there are and were plenty when the obscene displays were happening. I cannot stress enough that I don't trust them and I'm certainly not recommending them. read more

These guys are good! My grass was super long and they got my yard looking AMAZING again! Nice and ready for my open house and I let using them till I moved out! They are super responsive and I love the online autopay! I hated having to stop my service when I got out of my house cause they are so great! Reasonably priced and way better priced than a lot in town! They always showed up, got to work and did a great job! Thank you guys for all you did for my yard! read more

We contacted this company to do an estimate for a vinyl fence and some landscaping. They were a no show, not even a call to explain the no show. Then we we called the company back we were informed to contact the estimator personally. We did and he informed us that he was working on another job doing labor. Very unprofessional! And companies are wondering why they are going out of business!!! Hell no I would not recommend this company! read more

Before I moved into a house I bought, I had Clean Cut Landscape & Design come in and remove all but one shrub and tree from the front yard. That was a big job! Then I had them mow the lawn until I moved into the house. After that I mowed it myself. Recently the owner, Colin, called just to tell me how nice my place looked. No sales pitch, just being nice. I asked him about aerating the grass because it had mushrooms coming up and red thread fungus. We also talked about how much and how often I water the lawn. Again, he wasn't trying to sell me any services -- but I thought it was not only nice but smart of him to give me a free "consultation" and stay in touch like that. He sent "Matthew" over to aerate and overseed the lawn and he did a very good job. Later on he came back and put grub-killer on the lawn to keep the moles out. So, five stars to the business and to Matthew, too! read more

Colin responded to my call for sprinkler system repair on the afternoon before July 4th. He then came the next morning and was pleasant, courteous and prompt- going about addressing my needs. He did a great job both digging up a submerged sprinkler that was broken, repaired it and put my very visible lawn back together so you couldn't even tell anything had happened. He then checked and adjusted all five zones of my system, correcting numerous heads that were spraying incorrectly. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. read more

Unfortunately, I had to terminate my relationship with Clean Cut after multiple issues (just couldn't seem to cut my lawn evenly- left multiple patches of longer grass, etc. virtually every time it was mowed). The final straw was when they did not show up on their scheduled day and, after inquiring (at 9:00 PM, after having not heard from them) as to why they did not come, I was told (by staff- not owner, as far as I know) that they did come, but that they could not "complete" my job (they did not come or start any job- someone was home the entire day) because the lone (generally there has always only ever been one person that has come to provide service) person could not "lift the riding mower over" my retaining wall (15") in my back yard (why didn't they do the front?). No one has ever used a riding mower on my less than 3000 sq ft lawn. Not sure what that was all about, but will give my business to another company. read more
