I would not recommend Pro Grass for any business especially if there are young.. and older.. children running around.. which there are and were plenty when the obscene displays were happening. I contacted Servando with my pictures of my current patio(s), and 2 pictures for inspiration. He got in contact with me within the hour or so. And i asked for availability to come check the house out--he was willing to come that SAME day. He was able to come within the hour. Once he looked at the project in person, he only looked at it for maybe 15 minutes, and was done. He said he would have an estimate within 30 minutes once he got home (i live a little out of town at Gooseberry Point). He was very timely and i got the estimate so fast. The estimate was very respectable, and i very much agreed with his estimate. The best estimate i got for this project in fact. 50% due upfront on venmo, the other 50% on completion. I asked what the timeline would be, and he said he could start the next day starting 8:30am--amazing. His team was on time, and communicative with me over text--since i have a night-shift schedule and had to be gone while he was working. The project took 3 consecutive days (i had him do front and back porch) and it looks PHENOMENAL. I will for sure be contacting him for future services. Probably all future services if to be honest!
